Yes he should give God the glory period but it is important to remember to thank God when things go right. The older christians know to thank God regardless because the devil wouldn't mess with us if he already had us on his side. I've seen what faith can do.... 4 months ago, my son was seizing multiple times a day, couldn't walk, hardly holding head up. He underwent brain surgery (corpus callosotomy) on Aug. 11th, he has been seizure free ever since and now is a walking miracle. Our GOD is Great and I KNOW Miracles do happen. .. Keep the faith!

I've seen what faith can do.... 4 months ago, my son was seizing multiple times a day, couldn't walk, hardly holding head up. He underwent brain surgery (corpus callosotomy) on Aug. 11th, he has been seizure free ever since and now is a walking miracle. Our GOD is Great and I KNOW Miracles do happen. .. Keep the faith!

WOW..ive been going through some RL drama, losing my life it seems like. Been praying everyday and going to church BELIEVING if a MIRACLE can happen, GOD is the only one who can grant it. This song brought huge tears to my eyes because ultimately FAITH in him is where its at. Impossible is just a word but through him I know anything can happen.. WOW

I think we should be listening to what x2x2abboox2x2 is saying and not abusing them for the speech used. It's great they get so much out of this worship song that they listen to it with a friend each morning before school! We need to remember none of us are perfect and we all need correction from time to time. I think birdbth's comment on the origin of the word in question is very interesting and should make us think twice before using such language. I hope x2x2 is not put off.

Let's be careful not to make evil good. If we allow the language to change so that we use words previously used to define evil to define good things, how will we ever come to the Truth? How will we ever be able to share the Truth with the unsaved? They won't know what we are talking about. Isn't that how Satan would want it? Let's not let that happen. Really, why would you use such a profanity to say how great a worship song is? Anyways this is a great song, although I need to look closer at the lyrics and listen to it more when I get it on my iPod. Hopefully this will get put on iTunes sooner than the 20th (when It Is Well comes out).

Interesting comment about fucking loving this song. Words have meaning and that word does not apply here at all. The word fucking stands is a word from old England. It was a police abbreviation for Rape. For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge FUCK. Rape...How could you. "I raping love this song its my favorite..." If you thought you were acting cool or whatever all you did was make yourself appear stupid.

The sentiment behind the word was probably more like "ultimate", or "it takes over me", rather than "it abuses me". Yeah, the language sort of *evolves* in a Darwinian fashion, rather than remaining the pure truth God created it to be... Let's stick with our first Love and not pervert the Truth of the Word, or things will get "ugly".... And by "ugly" I mean REALLY not what you want it to be in a very excessive, very unappealing, SO DO NOT GIVE ME THAT kind of way. ... Thanks for the education :)

I just found the song a couple days ago and love it. I just sent the link to a friend that was down and she loved it and said she really needed it.
