unless you mean the annotation which is just there to indicate that it was recorded in Windows XP, so the controls/method of turning down hardware acceleration are different.

@Linkneedsanewcolor this is likely due to whatever you're recording being graphically intensive. for example, sometimes hypercam 2 will not record media off of windows media player because it usually incorporates resources from your graphics card. the same is true for many video games.

@msspringtime99 as dubsteprussel told you, HyperCam is free of viruses/spyware, or at least it was when I recorded this video. I believe they upgraded HyperCam 2 to HyperCam 3. the only known issue with HyperCam was that if you already had spyware or a virus on your computer, the spyware or virus might attach itself to the HyperCam process. but HyperCam itself contains no spyware or viruses and is safe to download.

how do you get that color hypercam. it used to be that way but i did like a download on my computer and you know google chorme and how the x box at the top right corner you press to exit your window. all of the links and hypercam turned solid gray, and your is kind of like when you go to start you have a white box and when you scroll over it. ok go to hypercam then scroll over something like select reigion. it will glow don't click it scroll over it. now do you see what i mean? comment back. :)

Hi there, you can find out what kind of computer you have through several methods. If it's a store-bought computer, it'll usually list the specs, manufacturer, and model number on the side of the tower. If you're just looking for your Operating System and some basic specs (RAM, Processor, etc), you can usually find this by clicking on the Start or Windows icon and right-clicking Computer or My Computer and selecting Properties.

HEy how can you fix a video when its upside down and how can you save it?

@100sasukeuchiha To fix the upside down video, under the AVI tab and under Video Compressor, choose Full Frames (Uncompressed). That should fix it. And to save a video you've just recorded, hit the Stop Rec button, and the video you just made should automatically appear in your My Documents folder. Hope this helps!

Question: when I play videos I've recorded in media player, it plays the video at 2x speed, and the video finishes in half the time, but it stops in like a screen shot at the end and plays for the rest of the legnth as if it was in regular speed. How can I control the play speed, or make that extra length at the end go away when its in 2x?
