I was and am a victim of not only employment discrimination but also a victim of Eliot Spitzer in his roles the New York State Attorney General and Governor of NYS because of the seven perjured declarations filed in federal court to prevent a jury from hearing my case.
I believe that we don't know the whole story even about Thornton stealing beer. My belief is based on the facts in one of many incidents in my racist and hostile work experience with NYS DOCS.
If Thornton had been intelligent, he would have recorded (audio and maybe video) any victimization he experienced and used them to sue and get rich. He could have even posted them to YouTube for discussion.
Most likely he wasn't a victim of racism but suffered from Confirmation Bias, in which any evidence that seems to confirm a belief is seized on, and any that disproves the belief is ignored.
It's also conceivable that he was a Manchurian Candidate but that's pre-election speculation.
@560e It's not that easy to record someone in the act of racism, plus, in many states, you cannot audio and sometimes video someone without their consent. It's not as easy to prove racism as ppl thinks. It's usually comes down to your word against theirs.

If I were in Thornton's position, my first act would have been to stealthily photograph any racist graffiti etc, record conversations, then if normal methods did not resolve things, anonymously post the evidence to the Internet citing the location & name of the company. I was and am a victim of not only employment discrimination but also a victim of Eliot Spitzer in his roles the New York State Attorney General and Governor of NYS because of the seven perjured declarations filed in federal court to prevent a jury from hearing my case.
I believe that we don't know the whole story even about Thornton stealing beer. My belief is based on the facts in one of many incidents in my racist and hostile work experience with NYS DOCS.

It's also conceivable that he was a Manchurian Candidate but that's pre-election speculation.

Connecticut killer Omar Thornton was caught on surveillance video giving stolen beer to a woman who's in a relationship with his best friend, family members and police said yesterday.
Christy Quail, 33, was caught twice last month receiving beer from Thornton on tape recorded by a private investigator hired by Hartford Distributors, police said.
She was arrested at her home yesterday and charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, cops said.
