Not very far from Vouvray is the very exclusive Jasnières. Curnonsky, the father of french modern gastronomy said about this wine that - 3 times in a century it is the best white wine in the world - and for an unforgettable sojourn, stay at Chateau de la Barre.
I saw many videos of Francelator, it's unusual to see American people who want to knew more about France and French culture, many american knew only these stereotypes who are not true, and because we losed the WW2, they believe than we are a weak nation, they don't knew that in 2010 France is the 5th largest economy in the world after the US, Japan, China and Germany and our Human Development Index HDI is far more high than the US, and France life expectancy is one of the hightest in the world.
Great video and great place...just come back myself to UK. My wifes french and her nephew makes bread in The Loire! We met up with him and his girl in Amboise...a night of good food and wine...great presenter on the vid by the way!
if you search for 'easy french bread and isabelle you will find vid of my wife! Bon chance!
Hi; I'm a New Yorker living in Bordeaux and making wine with my French wife. BRAVO for a wonderful job; the gal (name?) is a natural, a pro, and Very Charming. I wish you the best of luck. If you want to come see us on Bordeaux's right bank, let me know! We're on YouTube, just enter the words: Chateau La Gatte. Joyeux Noël!!
Awsome video! I just got back from the Loire, and i have to say its amazing how much you can learn from wine in just a few days. Just about everyone who is selling wine is excited to tell you all about how they produced their wine.
Ms. Angeliri is the best.

We went with a great little company called Loireuncorked who we found recommended in The Independent.
They took us round fantastic vineyards which we would never have found by ourselves. We never realised there were such great wines in the area.

L'abus d'alcool est dangereux pour la santé :O).
L'abus de plaisir lui vous rallonge des années de vie.......
French paradox : a glass of red wine is good for your heart.
The entire bootle is dangerous for your mind....
