I have been going to Body Benefits for 3 years. 1st for Endomologie, it helped, but I still had a lot of ripples. I started Smoothshapes last year. I can't believe the complete change in my cellulite. I gave up the chips & dips for sticks & hummus, & drink lots of H2O. And now I wear shorts all the time in public & think I look pretty good in my swimsuite! I should add the ladies at Body Benefits sure make you feel good about yourself , it's a beautiful environment. Lara Newman Woodlands, Tx
