Although the musculature is "extreme" in terms of the average person, this is very accurate of musculature. I got married in Vegas a week ago, and whilst there I went to the Bodies exhibit (plastinated human bodies), and the musculature is spot on. @HellKitsune69 I know that this can be taught, because I have taught it. All that is needed is to be shown a way of looking and observing. Then being given confidence in making relaxed strokes with a pencil. I f you can really SEE what you see, that is 90% of the task. The remaining 10% is to be relaxed and happy and confident. It needs a good teacher, to open the door, then the student easily flyes. Believe me, I've seen it.

All I know is that I didn't really practice, but I know from conversation with friends, that I look at the world and objects in it, differently than most.

It's obviously a stylized drawing, a cartoon/caricature of a superhero, meant to be distorted.... whether to draw in such a stylized way is the artist's choice. It's not meant to represent a real body. So I'd just watch it and enjoy it and learn what you can.
actually this is a good tutorial..it shows you how to structure a body despite some distortions, which arnt a bad thing, people who are dissing this are just looking for a video showing how well someone can copy a photograph
I'll tell you how. Get a digital tablet, any cheap little one will do. Download Gimp painting and drawing software which is free. If you want to record it, also download Camstudio which is also free, and start playing. I promise you, you will be amazed at how you will learn and improve. Good Luck. Yours in Art. Roman.

It's obviously a stylized drawing, a cartoon/caricature of a superhero, meant to be distorted.... whether to draw in such a stylized way is the artist's choice. It's not meant to represent a real body. So I'd just watch it and enjoy it and learn what you can.

actually this is a good tutorial..it shows you how to structure a body despite some distortions, which arnt a bad thing, people who are dissing this are just looking for a video showing how well someone can copy a photograph

Legs are tooo thin in contrast to the uper body, you have given him sprinters legs on Nr olympia body which dosnt fit at all....

I'll tell you how. Get a digital tablet, any cheap little one will do. Download Gimp painting and drawing software which is free. If you want to record it, also download Camstudio which is also free, and start playing. I promise you, you will be amazed at how you will learn and improve. Good Luck. Yours in Art. Roman.

Only by observing and drawing. Observation is the key. Learning to observe is a bit strange. You can't force it like you can't force yourself to enjoy a piece of music. I't happens without thinking. If you want to observe, you will.
