It is the French GIGN (Group of Intervention of the National Gendarmerie) during an air show. The helicopter (a PUMA) seems to land too quickly, what broke the tail rotor. Everybody is safe...
Looks like the pilot lifted the nose a little too high coming into land and damaged the tail rotor on the ground. That caused the heli to spin and lose control.
Just watched it again and it doesn't look like the tail rotor hits the ground at the start. I think it would only spin like that though it the tail rotor stopped doing its job.
