I love Elena soooooo much!!! She's my hero! I started rhythmic gymnastics a year ago because I wanted to join cirque du soleil like her! I originally wanted to be a hoopist but instead I'm going to be a contortionist! I've improved alot in a year, and even though I had no natural flexibility, I know I can work hard to reach my dream! :) I love you Elena!! <3

Elena was never in Mystere. She was in Alegria and Quidam for a short period of time. I recently just saw her at the gym this weekend... she had her baby!

Does anyone know where I would be able to find/buy the hoops she uses to perform with? I've looked all over for silver hoops (hula hoops) and I can't find anything. She really is amazing ^__^

at the cirque shows, i think they sell them for 25 bucks? but for sure at the Delirium boutique.

Alot of Rhythmic Gymnasts use holographic and metalic tapes to decorate their hoops. ROMSPORTS makes some very inexpensive that make the hoops look completely metalic if you tape the whole hoop (its done to add weight and strengthen the hoop as well as make it more visually impressive)
