  • It's not Red Bull Engine, it's a Renault Engine.

  • All very well having a fast car but it aint going no where without the bloody wheels..

  • @mrsqonk He parked it in tesco carpark, nipped in to buy some cigs and someone stole his wheels, it turns out you can't buy locking wheel nuts for f1 cars ;o)

  • @MyCosmicPath Bloody chavs will nick anything, must have been Thamesmead..

  • @mrsqonk My wife is from thamesmead LOL is laughed real hard when I read this.

    thanks brother ;o)

  • @MyCosmicPath Lol, no prob geezer. No offence intended but that's even funnier..What a small world aye mate...

  • My ringtone.......

  • @fortheLoveofuk Wow thats some loud phone you have :)

  • FYI Renault engine ;)

  • 5 feet to the gallon? SUCK ON THAT NASCAR!

  • i could listen to that all day O,o

  • いまのF1エンジンってずいぶん小さくなったなと改めてよく解る。

  • is this RB5?

  • Like A Boss!

  • holly austrian cow!!!!! i was amazed and scaried at the same time!!!!

  • @osochocolatoso more like a Herefordshire racing Bull. It's just insulting to the Red Bull guys and girls in England who have to put up with the Austrian anthem. The car is engineered in the UK so it should be the British national anthem, despite being owned by a (v rich) Austrian. Shame really. Modern world and all that jazz

  • @peanuts2105 In the same way, why is this championship called a "world" championship ? I mean: almost every bit of it is british. British engineers, british teams, british engines, british factories, british press...

  • @megastef because they race all over the world , dipshit.

  • @peanuts2105 I think without red bull, their hopes of F1 would only be a pipe dream so stop complaining and beening a racist prick.Dont like it? dont watch F1 then.Simple!

  • Fuck this shit...i'm going to my prius

  • Im drinking a redbull right know

  • looking at the headers, cant they make them equal length and they sould b slanted back with straighter exit pipe. and have they tryed merge collectors!

but then again f1 has so many fuckn rules about were things have to go.

  • @462ta they're equal. they're just pointin a bit inwards so one looks shorter

  • Nascar is a good spectator sport, but F1 is just way better..

  • back in the 80's the v6 and straight 4 turbo charged engines produced around 1200 hp in qualifying so i think if the FIA havent already set pressure rules for the turbos and all that yet the 2013 season could be one of the fastest paced yet. might not sound the best but still

  • I'm just amazed how tight that bodywork is now that you can see how tight the insides are.

  • SEX.

  • @mclarenmc88 i did ;)

  • Chills

  • @superbroombroom

In 2014 F1 will use 1.6L Turbocharged V6 engines. To anyone who will complain that "real" F1 engines are the old V12 and V10's, the most powerful F1 engines ever were produced in the mid 80's. They were 1.5L Turbocharged V6's. Those old Honda and Renault turbocharged engines from '83-'86 were beasts.

  • You should hear the Mazda 787B

  • i paid for this car with all the red bulls i drink

  • i can light a cigarette with that

  • dare too stick your hand in that exhaust 0.o

  • @Jefferasmus REALLY??? That pisses me off. Looks like i'm no longer an F1 fan :-(

  • Dear Santa...

  • RED BULL have there hands in everything, they would have enough money to plan the next private trip to the moon, DO IT RED BULL

  • You fucked up my headphones ! damn !

  • lol is horrible sound, FORZA FERRARI

  • Nascar can kiss my ass lol

  • @RsNewbie1 say that to america's number 1 sport, jackass

  • @FlawlessVizionz08 To basketball ? Football ? hahaha

  • @maracuja10 do some research jackass. nascar is AMERICA's number 1 sport. SOCCER is the world's number 1 sport. you must be a huge fat bastard who doesn't know shit about sports. go eat a twinkie

  • @FlawlessVizionz08 Hahahaha! Dude, you have no idea who you're talking to. Im brazilian and your country have paid me to be a student/athlete at an university. Kiss my black ass.

BTW, the entire time I spent there, ESPN, TNT, were always showing basketball or football on TV. So, sorry if I dont trust your research, you fucking retard. You need to be more educated and think twice before you start to crap out of your fingers.

  • @maracuja10 the entire time you spent here? were you here for a day you fucking tool? try being an American, try being born here, living here everyday. an argument with no proof is pointless, so you may want to go back to coloring or building an imaginary sand castle before you look very stupid in front of your internet friends, faggot. and it's actually "a university" not "AN university" go back to school you dipshit and learn a thing or two. reply when your head's not so far up your own ass.

  • @FlawlessVizionz08 You have a serious problem my friend, you should stop masturbating so much and start living your life, cause if u talk to me like that face to face, I'd kick the shit out of you, dumbass. I dont give a shit if u dont believe what I said, although it would be necessary a very good imagination to make up such a story..

I never wanted to be american, I am Brazilian and I know how good is to live here...but what about YOU ?? What do u know ? You never left your fucking country..

  • @maracuja10 ohh internet tough guy, that's cute. i've been to mexico, belize, honduras, egypt, italy, france, germany, dubai, and even the retarded ass country of brazil. i've been to more places than you can even think of. nationality wise, i'm german, native american, and egyptian. i'm not a budlight drinking hillbilly like you probably thought i was. am i a fan of nascar? no, but that doesn't it's not a great sport. i'm a fan of soccer myself, but nascar isn't half bad, dickface. twinkie, NOW

  • @FlawlessVizionz08 Same way u didnt believe my story, why should I believe yours ???? See ?

That's pathetic...Im a huge fan of automotive sports but I didnt see people watching it as much as they watched basketball or football..

And if you're not a budlight drinking hillbilly, you shouldn't act like one. Cause you're cursing at anyone who talks to you here..that's the impression you're causing.

  • look at the size of that fucking radiator

  • dear santa...

  • great im now deaf, but at least i heard this Amazing sound :D my life is complete

  • the egine damper is a fucking coilover lol

  • @Egomaniacs239 lol!

  • that motor is creepy looking

  • Must be running excellent gas if the inside of the pipes are whitish color.

  • this is how the redbull wings are born. REDBULL GIVES U WINGS!

  • Sounds like the number three plug may be gapped a little wide.

  • every time that engine is revved a child in africa dies.

  • @tedmaulz man if that were only true.... the world would be a detter place :)

  • @Arcticmuffinman LMFAO

  • I love everything about RedBull

  • Horner created the sound of madness

  • Comment removed

  • I hate red bull. Didn't even watch the vid. Had to make comment

  • @Jefferasmus not anymore :) turbo V6s are gonna be sweet

  • V8 2.4L 18K rpm→V6 1.6L Turbo 15K rpm→L4 0.8L Turbo 10K rpm ????

  • is that the ferrari or renault?

  • thats a renault engine not a red bull engine

  • & now I understand why even though I live 1km away from an F1 track, on race day, it sounds as though the race is taking place in my living room

  • Nice double pipe shotgun. Where could I find one for scaring my sheep?

  • @silverblackss something like that won't scare your sheep. it will kill them...

  • @silverblackss If you want to scare your sheep buy a Welsh person.

  • dope engine, too bad i cant see it with all the lame covering :(

  • Actually, the exhaust is not titanium nor CF. It's made from the nickel-chromium alloy called inconel.

  • amazing how the titanium pipe recoil with the exhaust pops.

  • @golferchin76 am pretty sure that exhaust isnt titanium

  • @theCROfna on F1, it is either titanium or carbon fiber. even the engine has titanium internals man.

  • @golferchin76 dudeeeeee...do u know how does carbon fibre looks? lol

carbon isnt...and there is a lot of metals whic act better under high temperature than titan.......

  • @theCROfna fine. I am just trying to say, exhaust on F1 cars are made out of titanium mostly, at least that what I read from racecar engineering monthly issue.

  • 2005?

  • F1 engineering, no matter the generation, is fucking amazing. This engine is bad ass. Let's be honest.

  • Got to keep changing the rules to keep F1 drivers safe.

  • @NielsShoe who wants safe? It is about being on edge... Sure lets make it safe for them, but after all it is about being ridiculously fast!! Restrictions don't make them go faster..

  • barks like a big dog

  • @Emaster255 lol yeah no shit xD i was thinking the same thing

  • @Jefferasmus can they be turbo?

  • holy shit, sounds angry

  • Renalt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ Jefferasmus : no chance that will never happen

  • V8 sucks and listen guys, the worst is coming a 4cylinders in 2013...by the way the F1 lost all soul.

  • i want one

  • Ooohhhh that engine has the power to rip your skin from your bone, and its angry!

  • @mclarenmc88 I just did the exact same thing!

  • @Jefferasmus They might be adding turbos i think so... welcome back the crazy f1 of the 80s :P

  • @jrizpeace 13 :P

  • in a few years, formula will be electric...

  • a musical instrument that you can actually ride

  • @mclarenmc88 same here, to late

  • Better than sex...NO WOMAN COULD UNDERSTAND THIS!!

  • thats chuck norris' go-kart..

  • it's a Renault engine!!!

  • Sebastion Vettel, FTW! : D

  • this is one of the most visceral experiences you can have while still alive...just short of jumping out of an orbiting spacestation and freefalling through the atmosphere, and landing in a huge bowl of chocolate cerial.

  • so this is why Adrian Newey always keeps a rubber on hand :P

  • @Jefferasmus

depends if they take it back to the 80s turbo era, this was a intressting time same as Group B rally which was more exiting than now a days.

  • @Jefferasmus Whats the problem with it - they will push the development of turbos so the cars we be more powerful in the following years and because the engines are geared more towards car engines the technology will soon reach the consumer

  • Got to love those Carbon Fiber brake disc.

  • @Jman955i Not to be a jerk or anything, but for what it's worth, the disks are actually made of carbonized rayon. So, you see, they're even more exotic than you thought!

  • @Jefferasmus tell me about it... at least they will be turbo, but on the 80's the engines were low revving turbos and that was one of the greatest decades of F1, but I'd take the old v12's any day :D

  • So cool! Great video!

  • fuck

  • @Jefferasmus That's not certain yet, although if they do go to 1.5 liters at least the turbos will be back.

  • the constructors will make very good use of 4 cyl and 12,000 revs--BMW F1 turbo made 1400 horsepower in qualifying trim

  • @antoniouscaesar the fuel they were using was far from what we are using now . the amount of chemicals and additives . used to handle high boost or to stable out the fuel weight for regs .

and it's the sound not the power of the rpm that people have grown to love .

i want to see no max rev limit , unrestricted aero's minus the flappy wing!!

the kerrs should be done for . bring back big front tires and H pattern shifting . then it would be the balls

  • @Jefferasmus haha +1 for that but they are also turbo, but i just wish they'd through the old turbos from the 80's (1200bhp in qualifying trim) or the old v12's

  • f1 is for gays, nascar is for rednecks and rally is for real men :)

  • LOOK AT THOSE PRIMARIES!

  • GIVE US BACK THE V12 CONCERTO!!!

  • @Jefferasmus V10s ALL THE WAY

  • who would dare use the N word (nascar) on this video!?

  • @Jefferasmus i'm pissed to-.- i miss the old V10 or V12...

  • @TheHelicopterHomer V12 was the most beautiful sounding motor ever!!!!!! just a symphony!!

  • with every vulcanic eruption there is as much CO2 emission as humanity does in 10-20 years. and there are multiple eruptions a year :D like the earth feels this F1 emissions NOT.

  • Suck on that pipe, you eco hippies!

  • I watched yesterday's race and I thought "shit, F1 is really getting boring", I'm losing interest in it and last year was bad enough until near the end of the season. I hope the I6 engines don't kill off the interest of F1 in a couple years, only reason why many people go to the races to watch F1 are because of Ferrari, you'll see Ferrari flags, shirts and hats everywhere in the crowd.

  • @Jefferasmus v6 would be okay but not 4cylinder.... shame on you fia

  • @Jefferasmus how can you say that 4 cylr turbo enginges are going to ssound incredible

  • @rangerover5555 If they are boxer motors then they will sound good and if they are the 2.0l turbo then even better

  • how did coolturd get a drive.. he should have just been asked to push it out of the bus.. thats it, no more!

  • F1 and Rally are king. Nuff said.

  • @Jefferasmus bmw had a 1400 BHP 4 cylinders back in the 80's so dont scream already :D

  • @mouloudo it's not the hp we are worry about it's the scream of the engine. what makes f1 unique and popular is it's sound

  • @mark6020cc the sound of the turbocharged F1 were not so bad...the car would still be loud but with a lower note, wich could be good since some people think that the actual cars sound like bees... anyway Ecclestone just revealed that this change wouldn't happen or would be at least postponed...

  • @mouloudo still wont sound as good

  • @GTModified that's you opinion, a lot of fans disagree and are nostalgic of the Turbo era

  • @mouloudo id consider the v10 era far superior to the turbo era. personally i think that while yes, making a high compression 4cyl race motor and boosting it to the buggery is impressive, but most of those engines didnt make it through a race no matter how well they were engineered because of the turbos, not to mention that thats pretty much all the douchebags down at my local with subaru sti's do with their cars and i wouldnt want to associate the pinnacle of automotive racing with that.

  • @mouloudo the v10s however i find a far and above a bigger engineering feat, more than double the cylinders of the turbo era and close to double the rpm means that the engines themselves are lasting 2 to 4 times as long with twice the reciprocating mass and rotational inertia doing 22,000 rpm. there isnt an internal combustion engine in ANYTHING that surpasses that...

  • @mouloudo 1200hp 6 cylinders back in the 80's* But race boost only provided 800(lol ONLY)

  • @mouloudo That's not the point...If you've ever been to an F1 race in person, part of the experience is the sound the engines make at high RPMs and with more cylynders. To me, the V10's were the best. The current V8 just doesn't sound the same. Going to 12k rpm 4 cylinder engines would be pathetic. F1 is the pinnacle of motorsport. If you want to promote 'green' racing, start a new series. Formula1 is about pushing the limits, not constraining them.

  • @najibs do you know that those engines you're talking about are 2 liters... that's the same size as the engine on a golf GTI... so that's not because that looks dull on paper that that will suck, I trust F1 engineers could make something great out of it..anyway the 4 cylinders block program seems already dead, and will be postponed, thanks to cosworth and ferrari too affraid to be left behind by Renault and Mercedes ( VW, BMW, honda) who already have a fair experience in 4 cylinders technology

  • @najibs They've more or less confirmed now that the engine change won't be put in place until 2014, and it'll be 1.6l V6's going up to 15,000 rpm.

  • @Slashbag69 i wonder how these engines will sound like..

  • @najibs umm arent F1 engines built to spec? as the 8 cylinders you talked about here?

  • @najibs Thank that stupid initiatives to those poor teams who think they can race in F1 with 20 million euros a year. Better go to IRL, they race old shit that are stopped in time for like 6 years and think that turning to the left for 200 laps is balanced racing.

  • @najibs man i totally agree, but remember the sport is developing so fast with technology, they arent trying to mke it 'green' or "enviromentally friendly" they are trying to limit the cars so that the drivers dont go so fast. a formula 1 car can reach 0-100 then back to 0 faster then a nascar can reach 100. and thats with all the restrictions in place.

  • @najibs i believe the reason why they want to go to less cylinders and capacity, is because of the lack of car companies currently associated with f1 (Honda, Toyota). so it has nothing to do with "Green" its mostly to do with attracting back the big boys with the money such as Honda, Toyota, jaguar etc.

  • @najibs its about pushing the limits within a set of boundaries. i do agree however that it should be less limited. for instance hydraulically operated independent suspension and skirts on the underbelly. ways that would decrease lap times but offer the same level of safety

  • @najibs lol well i still have to admit these sound bad ass but if i had a 4 cylinder that could pull 12k rm in my car i got now shit.. xD that would be bad ass. but yeah as for the v10s they do sound bad ass.

  • @mouloudo wayne. the 4cylinder sound like shit :D

  • @mouloudo But i dont think it could do 19000rpm.

  • @dtiydr it doesn't depend on the number of cylinders but on valves to achieve high RPM

  • @mouloudo To some degree yes but the major reason is very low weight on the pistons which has the longest travel of everyting in the entire engine.

  • @dtiydr no they usually push 18,000 RPMs...those pistons move up and down 300 times a second at full throttle

  • @greenmarine5 1000 rmp here or there wont make a big different, but i have seen they go up at 19k rpm on different youtube vids, but no not regualry at this rpm true.

  • @Jefferasmus What the F***???!?!? 12,000 RPM ? 4 cylinders?!?!

That's my Ninja 250 motorcycle. LOL

  • WHy not a 4 cyl that revs to 30k i wouldnt be as angry

  • @KreatorOfDeath1985 30K rpms ?!?!?!? WHAT on a piston engine no fucking way even with pneumatic valve springs thats impossible. your valves would never close at that high of an rpm

  • @sada3393 Hahaha

It was a joke, But wouldnt you like to see it happen? im sure if they tried and made new technology they could do it they make V8's rev Past 20k haha

  • @KreatorOfDeath1985 yea it would be cool man the cosworth v8 tops at 20k rpm it is possible noone has put the time in to implement the designs

  • @Jefferasmus its with turbos so the power level will be about equal and it adds an other level of complexity for the engine managers to deal with so it should be interesting

  • @Jefferasmus This is just sad. I have to speak for myself here. If F1 ends up going to this formula, the sport is going to be ruined. V12-V10-V8 to a 4 cylinder? Come on, that is absurd. I will no longer be a fan of this sport if this goes through. Boycott these treehugging environmentalists! Don't ruin our sport!

  • 0-100km/h in 1.7sec

    0-200km/h in 3.8sec

    0-300km/h in 8.6sec

    F1 THE BEST

  • bad ass

  • Ohhh my penis oh my penis.

  • @Powerstroke380 get out

  • register on vpro-forum .de

    i abo back !!!

  • Wish to see the future engine 4 cylinder 12,000 rpm turbo.

  • goddaaaayuuuumm what a sound :D

  • @Jefferasmus How could going back to turbos be bad, its good to mix it up every now and then. Don't forget that 1988 Mclaren Honda engine was only around 1.4L, turbocharged "small" engines can produce crazy horsepower.

  • @weaner232323

I wouldn't mind going to a V-6 turbo, but 4 cylinders in F1 is weak. Its actually insulting. Bernie and Todt care more what a bunch of environmentalist's think than the 500 million F1 fans that think F1 should be the absolutely pinnacle of racing and engine development. Whats next down the road, hybrid's in F1? Look at the trend over the years. Ferrari had the V-12 in '95, then most all teams had 3.0 litre V-10's until the end of 05, then came the V-8 now a 4 cylinder!

  • @jc790 When you can make a 4 cylinder out of a Mitsubishi make over 1000 hp im not going to talk shit about small engines.

  • @jc790 Hybrids have raced in Formula 1...

  • @TarenGarond

Someone told me Spyker used an Hybrid but I didn't believe them...

  • @FloormanUK Dont know about spyker but I read from the official formula 1 site "The use of KERS is not compulsory. Several teams used it during its introductory 2009 season. A gentlemen's agreement between constructors then precluded its use in 2010, before its return in 2011."

KERS = Kinetic Energy Recovery System

  • @weaner232323

But I do love the idea of going to back to turbo's. I'd just rather it be at least a V-6 than an inline 4.

  • @Jefferasmus Amen bro.
