This guy needs some national attention - TBone Burnett or Jack White need to get to know this incredible talent. The first time I heard him sing Barbara Allen on XM Bluegrass, I was hooked. Down in the Willow Garden is also spine-chilling - it would also be great to get some professional video of him on Youtube, I hope someone out there is willing to do it!

I seen Dave at Whitesburg Ky with my dad tear before last. That was just before dad got to where he was in a wheelchair. Dad sat outside on the bench and smoked a cigarette at intermission. Well, just as dad lit the cig Dave came out the door and sat next to dad and lit up a cig and started joking around. Him and dad talked for a little over 5 minutes. After the show he said it sure meant a lot to him that a man like Dave would talk to people like he was just one of the boys sittin around.
