Jimmy must have had a good reason. Shooting him right then and there would have been perfect, but he deferred. I mean, I can see why he didn't shoot Strurmgeist back the second mission (I'd hold my fire too if I was heavily outnumbered and hiding in an air vent), but this would have been perfect... Even so, I've learned to accept Jimmy's ways. In about a year, he has killed over a thousand men, usually by himself. He knows what he's doing. :D

Oh, Jimmy would have infiltrated the airfield anyways. He always finds ways into heavily-fortified enemy bases. The death of story-important characters does not stop Jimmy. He would find a way in, I assure you. :D

I respect your opinion. However, saying MOHF isn't realistic at all isn't true. While the gameplay may not be particularly realistic, the sound design is excellent, and it sounds realistic to me, and the levels are packed with meticulous details that have been thoroughly researched. True, MOHF isn't a very realistic game in terms of gameplay, but it's still an excellent game. What I really don't understand is why you would watch a video of a game you don't like. Oh well, it's your right.

Back in the day i played it a couple of times because it was my second xbox 1 game and one of two games i possessed .

I was a newbie in games so i just bought it because a friend recommended it to me .

But i was really disappointed because its more like a one person shooter and not like a war game.

I think Call of Duty is the only good war game, because they combined realism with fun

I notice that you have about 7 grenades early in the game..I only start with 1 and I can't find the pick up points for the rest of the grenades so where did you find them? Without the grenades it's impossible to get past the armoured train (video point 1min 08 secs) and I used the panzerschreck weapon but as usual it's pretty useless so I'm stuck without the grenades. Any tips? Thanks JOL

I obtained all of those grenades from the previous level. There aren't very many there, either, and most of the ones I obtained were from dead enemies. It IS possible to clear this entire level without using grenades, but they sure do make engaging the trains much easier. It's pretty hard to survive running up to a machine gun, manning it, and shooting the trains until they explode without taking a lot of damage, but it is possible. I ran out of grenades the first time I played this level, too.

Yeah I realized just after I sent you the message that the grenades are picked up from the previous game..OnTrack. I did the game again and managed to obtain six grenades, I started Riding out the Storm again and I get to the armoured train really easily but am stuck now..I can't blow up the train! my aim is crap with the grenades and I always lose my health..gonna try again tomorrow as this is really pissing me off!!!! I managed to destroy the armoured train...weird thing is that I did it initially with the Panzerschreck but then got the hang of the grenades..at first I was throwing them in the wrong direction and needed to throw further to the right in order for the train to blow up. Strange that when you do eventually get to the end the Nazi (Sturmgeist) escapes, you would have thought that an opportunity to kill him would have been included in the game, did you get his briefcase? JOL

On normal difficulty, the game isn't too hard, but the Hard difficulty is a different story. :D

Why do you bother destroying the neighbouring train, weather that train gets waisted or not it dosent make much difference to my game.

I usualy just dont bother with the neighbouring train at all.

...Because it has an annoying habit of launching explosives at you that could be fatal. To me, it does make a huge difference when I don't get a Gold rating, and while I could ignore the train, it could suprise-attack me during a backtrack for health, which is very bad. Besides, explosions are awesome. :D

I didn't forget the briefcase. A text message did not appear, but a sound recognized that I did. Sturmgeist doesn't always insult Jimmy when you open the door. Some times he just stares at you as he escapes.

Well, I've never thought about that, but Rommel was forced to commit suicide by Hitler anyways. He was in a plot to assassinate Hitler in 1944, but the plan failed, and he was caught along with other high-ranking Nazi officers. So, in a way, he at least tried to redeem himself...

...You have asked one of the great questions about video games and movies: Why can't you just pop the bad guy in the head as opposed to having an epic, drawn-out finale? If I was Lt. Patterson, I would have sniped Sturmgeist back in Mission 2. Many German lives would have been saved if Jimmy wasn't so damn patient.
