It's amazing that none of these faculty have heard of the senate - the body that has the LEGAL AUTHORITY to be consulted on any program changes. The picture the VIUFA paints of Ralph and his minions sitting in a dark room scheming to destroy VIU is not only laughable - it is impossible UNDER THE UNIVERSITY ACT. The clause VIUFA is asking for is 100% about job security for their members. Call me all the names you want, but I challenge you to find any facts that dispute these statements.
