i am a big time procrastinator, i can only work when i am under an extreme time crunch. it relay comes back to bite me, and it dus all the time. is there a way to get that feeling of urgency sooner so i can do my work, or stop procrastinating completely.
i know that this is unrelated but i would be thankful for sum advise.

Ur gonna regret it. if u really studied the statistics, then u would know that. But do what u want. Has anyone suggested the scientific approach? A Neurofeedback specialist can analyze the problem by looking at the brain activity. If you have severe activity causing your thoughts to race this will cause severe anxiety. Neurofeedback can unlock the brain. My son has had 26 sessions and is feeling extremely better.

But you then say I must change, and I try to remember everything I learned. I wonder how much of psychology is true freedom and intelligence of thought rather than psychological conditioning.

@Quex01 Psychology is essentially pseudoscience- hence why it is offered by every major university? Nor does meaning you are diagnosed with a disorder mean you go on medication. It's works on the principles of the scientific method, of experimentation and observation. What's unscientific about that?

@TheGamanic Because they dont have any exact methods to determine what is illlness or what is not. All they do is make up classifications of "disorders" based on observation of persons behavior, not real bio-chemical evidence. They even admit it themselves that they dont have any real methods, thats why it is really dangerous discipline. They have power to label any person crazy just based on how people react and they misused their power in horrible mind control experiments in past and today.

Once they had even eugenics professors lecturing. (YES, IN AMERICA!) There are lot of, who do real work, but many are just parasites on tax payers money. @Quex01 Ah so you're a creationist! There were eugenics sympathisers in the West pre-1940s, however it was completely different to for example Hitler's program which you are probably thinking of. To my knowledge I don't know of any professors who specifically taught eugenics; they might have had those views but taught other subjects. As for other scientists, you don't really know what you are talking. You should not discount most things as crap merely because we now discount a few ideas

I cannot believe that so many people are so unaware. 20 years ago, after reading two pages in a book, I cured a friend, who had just developed agoraphobia. NLP has for over 30 years had massive, and consistently immediate cures for phobias. It's so easy, it's boring. However, there are some incompetent NLP'ers out there, and if someone tries to book you in for more than one session, leave, and go to someone else.

Social phobia, I found the only way I got passed this was to just go out and socialize. Especially with work, being forced or expected to socialize will help one get past social anxiety. Just go out, make mistakes and have no regrets, this is how one is cured from socail anxiety.

Has anyone suggested the scientific approach? A Neurofeedback specialist can analyze the problem by looking at the brain activity. If you have severe activity causing your thoughts to race this will cause severe anxiety. Neurofeedback can unlock the brain. My son has had 26 sessions and is feeling extremely better.

well, i have a common fear of spider. But also a fear i have never heard classified, i believe it is a form of megaophobia. I am afriad of Really big objects that are mysterious in space or in the ocean, but at the same time i am scared of them, i am also intrigued by them. Not to sure what to call it. But things such as buildings on land don't scare me.

I wished you'd mention hynosis or Hypnotherapy as a method of anxiety & panic relief/anxiety & panic control. It sure helped with my Agoraphobia and I'm now a Hypnotherapist beause of it.

So I say I have social anxiety (which I do in small amounts or so I believe, I feel anxiousness everyday), and you show me the reasons that may be. If I follow it, I just have more reasons to be worried. Reasons I hadn't known of before I learnt them from some book or whatever. But you then say I must change, and I try to remember everything I learned. I wonder how much of psychology is true freedom and intelligence of thought rather than psychological conditioning.
