no, it's a nollie 360 nerdflip. A nollie laserflip is a nollie bs 360 shuv with a heel flip. nollie 360 nerflip is a nollie 360 bs shuv, but it flips like a nollie 360 hardlip although it is an underflip from the heel side of the board.

why don't you have any videos? And to answer your question, Its a 3 stair... You barely have to be going 2 miles an hour to clear it, and that trick is pretty hard so if I went any faster then it would be harder. And considering that I was just learning it, going slow would be a good idea.
