Well as a last resort you could use Youtube Downloader, just make sure you download it with the highest quality and don't download it with 100% volume otherwise it'll all be squished up against the volume ceiling (Youtube downloader seems to shrink the volume and pitch ranges, Zamzar and other free sites do it even worse)

NAME THAT TUNE IN TWO WORDS! Yes it only takes you seconds before it dawns on you .. this is a remix "I Can't Stop Raving." Sadly alot of old 90's HHC (ex:forever young) doesen't hold a candle to most modern Happy (ex:anything by S3RL), but it's good to give props to the ones that started it all. This is a nice way of doing that.

This is a remix of Tokyo Ghetto Pussy's song not Dune's "Can't Stop Raving"...and old skool happy hardcore is just as great as any modern version coming out today...they're simply different not better or worse...
