Lose the shoes , especially running shoes. Running shoes are for running. Strength training is optimized when you can use the 400,000 neuroreceptors in your feet.
@ajheddings I am aware of the benefits of barefoot training, but am currently dealing with a bit of a foot injury at the moment. Nothing major, my foot feels better in running shoes right now. Should be able to lose them by next week. Thank you for watching!
