ferrets, by far the coolest, funniest creatures i ever came across, i used to have a couple of them, im from ireland btw, ppl here love ferrets too, but there used here for hunting(rabbits) mostly, i kept mine in the house though

Not 100%, but if I had to guess I'd say I'm fairly half n half that that "glider" as he put it was an Australian marsupial belonging to the category of banned exports... No big shit if I'm right, I'm just saying...

@ihatemice1 Checked it out and I am right, it's a Sugar Glider, "The sugar glider is protected by law in Australia, where it is illegal to keep them without a permit[20] or to capture or sell them without a license (which is usually only issued for research)." - Sugar Glider @ wiki. I'm fairly sure some of the Australian lizards they had come into the same category too. You definitately shouldn't be selling them as pets.

I had a snake and a rabbit before. The only two pets I ever had to take back. Me and my family, we never take animals back. It's like if your going to take it back you shouldn't have gotten it in the first place. Mom was too scared of the snake and she was going through cancer so we had to bring him back. The rabbit... we have cats and... it just didn't work out. :/

I feel like snakes should be kept wild~ after having one.

Only Poorly trained and taken care of Ferrets make the house smell like "shait". They are very high maintenance creatures.

their variety of pets to what they consider TO BE pets, is at a pretty wide range isnt it.

I mean here in the US we have your typical cat and dog, hamster, gerbils, ginny pigs, (the list goes on only a little further) sometimes birds and turtles. But Japan has a lot of animals they consider to be pets. They look like something youd only see in a zoo but really they do seem pet-like.

@2.20 issint that a sugar glider? I'm just curious why people want them as pets and they dont seem to be classified under "exotic" pets. sugar gliders are mainly nocturnal, everytime i see them in zoos or pet stores they're always fast asleep. They would make boring pets (at least to me) but i believe something small and fairly rare like that deserve to be wild D: (my 2 cents)
