At the time I recorded this track I was using a Korg AX1500-G guitar effects processor plugged straight into my computer. Most modeling processors have settings which replicate the sound of Vox amps...the AC-30 in particular...which is what I used to get the sound I wanted. I played around with the reverb settings on the processor as well. While in the production phase I tweaked the high-end eq a little, added a little more reverb with a very slight touch of delay and this was the result.

For this particular song, I used a combination of programs to make the audio track. I recorded the different parts using Steinberg WaveLab and I mixed them using Magix Video Deluxe which gives you 32 channels to use for mixing. Then I used Magix Video Deluxe again to edit the video clips and to mix the audio track in with the video. Hope this answers your question to your satisfaction. :D LC

What are you using to the drums mang?

I have 3 or 4 sources for drums. My oldest recordings feature a Korg DDD-5 (ancient) digital drum box. I've sense started using a Boss DR-880. I also have two LIVE drummers whom I work with, MarkD from EMP (online band I am part of), and my cousin Tim. I've also used some of the drum tracks which come packaged with the M-Audio JamLab software. On the fly, I usually just use my DR-880.
