I don't understand why folks just don't get it. When you're young and saved, what are your options of good, clean fun? It's hard to find good, clean fun nowadays. I think Christian Clubbing is a good opportunity for young folk. Nothing negative or inappropriate comes out of it. So what's the big deal? Because it looks like the "World"? That's not a good enough argument. It doesn't look like the World. The World wouldn't go to a Christian Club...so you're point is?

No matter how you try to justify it, it just wrong. God is a holy God and he is to be reverenced and not mocked. The word says "wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord." (2 Cor. 6:17) We have a personal responsibility not to confuse unbelievers/the world. "Clubbing" in America started with our slave ancestors. After all work was done for the week on Saturday, slaves were allowed to meet at a specific plantation. Here they did all manner of dances and some plantation owners would watch and emulate. As far as David dancing, you don't have to go far to see how he did it. It's here on Youtube. He danced for different reasons and....he kept his clothes on.

I was talking to a friend last night who said that they did not enjoy the Gospel Celebration on BET last night, because he the people were not praising God and that God was not present in it.
