@Cold4ged I've never flown it so I can't really recommend it without testing it, although it looks VERY cool and I want to try it I can't give you my honest opinion of it until I put one through its paces. It is one of the largest hyped RC vehicles of the year but I guess my channel just isn't big enough for me to get in on the hype. Plus I don't have an I phone or android.
I love A.R. tech though, I even made an A.R. model of my paper A-10 warthog and I'm glad to see it in use in the RC world.
Per your recommendation, I checked this video out. Just as good as the previous one. For someone who is decent at flying a 3 channel helicopter, what would you recommend as a next step for a 4 channel? An indoor one would be better, as it will be icy here for the next few months. :)
@x41x41x90 A coaxial 4 channel helicopter like the blade MCX is perfect for those days when you cant get outside, but it's not very fast and has no lifting capacity. Something the size of the blade CX3 would have some lifting capacity and the ability to be modified plus it's small enough to fly inside. either one would be really good at instilling the muscle memorization you need to be confident in the air. E flight and E sky make some nice 4 channel coaxial helis at pretty decent prices
@taoistflyer Thanks! I currently have a modded Syma s107 (amazing for getting started, imho), and am starting to push it's capabilities and limitations. (Tight turns are making it flutter and fall) . I will definitely check the ones you mentioned out.
