Without Britain, there would be no America. Regardless of what others may say on here, the U.S. owes Britain a lot, and Britain has been one of our most loyal allies. We can argue forever about whether it was the Soviets, French or Americans who did the most work, but that's beside the point- WW2 was an ALLIED victory. As for Britain, who was left to fight the war alone when the Nazis conquered France? And who refused to help, even though Britain asked?

@Masterfootballer23 Internally the majority of UK is divided on culture between europe and USA, (personally I prefer the culturally european brits) however politically/foreign affairs UK is pretty much a second USA and nobody knows if that is for good relations with USA aka they are forced to if they want to continue good trade or if it's UK's personal decision so I can't really blame them. I'm not saying USA doesn't have high culture people but the standards for the average are pretty low.

Of course corruption exits in some of the British media. You will find this to be the case in most, if not all, countries. But the fact that tabloids which have been exposed for corruption are subsidiaries of a US company should probably indicate something to you.
