Regis Philbin fights to Save Pelham Parkway Trees

Regis, please get it right. The $37 million being spent is not just to remove trees. They are replacing watermains, sewers and lights, and yes, they are placing guardrails to make the road safer. last month an elderly man had a heart attack and his car went into a tree and he was killed instantly. Had there been a guardrail in place maybe he would have survived. There have been many serious accidents on Pelham Parkway and some resulted in fatalities. I love trees but I love human lives also.
