There are a bunch of bands like this (they don't look like punks though). The best album to look for is Napalm Death's "Scum". It's a grind core master piece.

@44R0N Obviously. I was more looking for a band that was, like, verbatim following this. I've had my fair share of noisegrind and grindcore but nothing that's ever been nearly as epic as this.
