  • Hahah that's funny no one is answering coments here. MEvery one asking questionsaybe the uploaded is dead now.

  • What is your headspeed? Did you have to change the gear ratio?

  • @MDSCUSTOMS the skids are put on backwards on raptors to give more tail blade clearance. Its one of the first mods you do. Check out raptor technique or run ryder.

  • sweet.

  • wow man amazing, which parts did you use to the conversion? or is it availabe parts you used?

  • Most folks get HP and Torq confused and mixed up.

Just to clarify max Hp is the most you will ever get out of a engine at a certain RPM. Where as Torq is the usable work (twist) action at RPM.

What most people want to "hear" is max HP.

What you need is max usable torq

To this point in history 2 strokes fill a need, but when able, everyone goes to a 4 stroke for a list of reasons 10 yards long

  • hi i like it i have the same machine , what motor did you use and was there any mods done to the motor etc ie can they run up ended , very good

  • What s wrong with 2 stroke? 4 stroke has less power less torque less balance less everything

  • Less noise.

  • wow i liked it. do you get enough rpm and power ? is it possible to use a OS 70 in a 50 size heli? did you use the standard clutch bell? sorry for asking so much.

  • McDonald's song?

    Oh noez.

  • Sounds like a full size chopper, this would be nice as a scale chopper

  • Hey Rick love the raptor!

I have a Raptor 30 V2 and after hearing yours I love the sound!

What size 4 stroke engine would work well with my 30?

The Rap 30 is my second heli and I hate the sound of the 2 stroke.

  • How very sweet!! Graceful flying with that wonderful 4stroke sound, so realistic. The hell with all that 3D "extreme" crap, just the beauty and magic of flight...

  • I have to agree.

Nice smooth landings, too. The scale folks are going to love this one.

As for me, I'm interested in aerial video. Looks like a good answer for a decent powerplant.

  • Very very nice, but please tell me which 4stroke you put in this Raptor.

    Very nice flights, congratulations.

  • it got an asp 61 in it.

  • What does a complete set up like that cost?

  • Nice, What was the head RPM ?

  • Yeah Yeah

jo lets us watch him flying it

it wud sound so nice in a scale fuselage

  • What 4-stroke engine is that?

  • ASP 61

  • Sounds so much better with a 4 stroke, far more realistic & no screaming 2 stroke noise, superb.

  • looking good looking good ey

  • that heli needs some seriously harder dampers in the head...It sounds amazing!!!
