I'm into this stuff but I'm more of a spiritual than a religious person. What bothers me the most is when people try to explain future events using religious teachings literally. I'm mean why does it have to be God or Christ through the scriptures ? If this guys were born in India it would be Krishna or Buda ... and the story and values will be different. It's a good thing to believe in the goodness of the message, but please, taking things literally is shot in the feet when explaining science

@MrCroky123 - are u really spiritual? the bible says we are all born physically alive but spiritually dead. so what "spirit" are you worshipping? because krishna, buddha, zoroaster - these are all in the grave. Jesus Christ physically rose from the grave to conquer sin and death for us...not in our minds, not in a myth but in history. there's nothing relative about the claims Jesus made. He left us no room for debate -- only a decision to repent or reject Him.

I'm a theist (believer) and a I do keep them separated. May the grace of the creator clear the curtain of blind belief and lead you back to a humble understanding of the shape of things to come. Salvation does not happen by itself, it requires you to achieve it through action not just believing in it. That's Spirit edifying fully. @atheistjacob - you havent read of the resurrection of Jesus? contemporary jewish and roman historians wrote of the crucifixion and (reported) resurrection. i assume you reject the sources, but that has nothing to do with their integrity, accuracy and credibility. krishna and visnu are not historical persons. Jesus of nazareth born of the tribe of judah through the lineage of king david is a historical person. put away the video games and study history.

The big difference between you and me is that I accept The Spirit instead of the written scripture. I have no filters and can tell apart the false prophets from the True Prophets. I have the most extreme dreams, and my Wife and friends are worried about my most recent, 4 months ago. They do not come often but when they do I know. I dreamed a week before of coming down on a sky scraper. 9/11 rocked me! I tell them all to my wife & mostly plane crashes was the norm, but the latest was looking up at the sky and a black disk that was getting bigger very fast with flames on the edges like an eclipse, I turn to go back in to look at my Wife, and quickly burnt to death?

3nights ago woke up 3:40am after a bizarre dream.Im christian&sometimes get dreams that are little more telling than regular ones.It's very long,with alot of detail but the outline of it was i was standing on higher ground overlooking a large town.the sky was cloudless&intense blue.the sky took up most of my view&town looked very small in the distance.
