Very impressive stuff. A silly question...but what kind of shoes are all the guys wearing in this video? I can't always go barefoot and need some good shoes for working with KBs at the gym. Thanks!
Looks impressive. Depending on the cost I may decide to go for it, and get the DVDs. However, where do I get all the hardware? I mean, the russian stuff - kettlebells and the long weights that look like clubs. By the way, I could see black and red club weights. Are they any different? And who makes them all?
The clubbells are not Russian, they come Persia and India. By the way, there plenty of places on the internet to purchase kettlebells and Clubbells, it is only a matter of budget. But they are relatively inexpensive considering the amount of money some people spend to join the most upscale and hip health clubs.
Thanks and not a lot of equipment actually just kettlebells and Indian clubs are all you need. You can get both at Lifeline USA. Just go do a google search
I'm excited to see this bad boy is about to be available on DVD. Quite a few people have asked me about my experience at the seminar, and regretted they were not there. Now, here's their chance.
Stating that "I learned soooo much, that weekend!" is an understatement. I've trained and worked with the presenters of the AOQ on numerous occasions, prior to attending this one. However, I must say, that all of you guys outdid yourselves for the AOQ workshop.

flat shoes are the way to go for weight training. Converse all stars, vans, etc being some examples.

@mahler25 converse cool to do sprints in too?
jaycore 1 year ago
@jaycore If you have not done sprints in them then work up to it. Your feet have to get conditioned.

@SakoYo The clubs in the DVD are Indian clubs and much different application than clubbells. They are from India as well.
