My favorite Van Damme films are "Street Fighter" and "The Quest". Others I like are Kickboxer, Death Warrant, LionHeart, Cyborg, Bloodsport, and Double Impact.

@leopoldvs, I will begin training once I get the money to get myself in martial arts classes. We do have weight lifting sets, a exercising bicycle, and BowFlex treadmill to burn off those calaries and lose weight. Martial arts will be my biggest exercise training hard with weapons and fighting.

@MrKevinlclayjr In the meantime jump the rope and get a Thai-Pad (it's only $50) so you can practice your hook(punch)-elbow-knee strike combos and alternate. Do it in sets of 30 reps per side (right hook-right elbow-right knee=that's 1 rep) as soon as you finish change side (left hook-left elbow-left knee). Do 4 or 5 sets per side, that's about 240 strikes or hits per session. Later do shadow boxing grabbing 3 or 4 pound dumbells (do 3 or 5 rounds). Enjoy your workout!

He lost as many if not more fights then he won, and Steven Seagal is a 7th Dan Black Belt. The only reason he would have backed down from a fight with Van Damme would be for fear of killing him where he stood. Sorry - I'm a fan of Van Damme's movies, but let's not get carried away. Van Damme would lose... and that's putting it lightly.

Stallone confirmed this happened many times. I doubt he'd lie about something like that considering he has nothing to gain or lose by lying. Also looking up Van Damme's record he won five kickboxing bouts as a fighter and hasn't suffered a loss.

Granted five fights isn't much, but I doubt he'd be a slouch in a real fight either.
