Hahaha my friends cousin is in the band i forget what she said i think hes bass idk but im gonna try and get tickets for there tour with the kings of leon!!!!
sad thing is i heard this on youtube and was like ooooh good band and downloaded some of their songs, read about this rolling stone thing, thought okay.
then i looked em up on wiki and found out they are from my hometown. wtf! i gotta quit playing world of warcraft all day.
@icyI live in Canada, so "UH" yourself. Secondly, Canada doesn't care about art, or artists, Canada and the US care about formulaic shit, that passes through the bowels and out of a corporate asshole onto the stages of Much Music, MTV, and American Idol where they don't give a shit about real music and cater the the era of glamourized Karaoke. Japan, South America, and places in Europe is where they are still loving real artists, and real music by the millions. Canada's music scene is a joke
@diamonddust22 How can even generalize over 330 million people into to one personality and attitude about music? There are so many different likes and dislikes here in north america, and it's just the wrong ones that get published, because that's just the media works. If all you pay attention to is Much music and MTV then yes, the North American Music scene is bull shit, but the last time I checked, that is last place to look for creativity in music.
@zgraja15 Canada and America have been eaten alive by rap, hiphop, and all other pop music that passes through the bowels and out the asshole of this era of amateurs, wanna-bes, and glamourized karaoke kings and queens. If you aren't part of some formulaic, cookie cutter movement of singing hand puppets, then good luck with that. Btw, it's not generalizing, it's just the way it is. Canada and America suck as far as art and music go. Europe, Japan, and South America is the way to go.
@zgraja15 And Furthermore, thank god for YouTube and the other networking sites because without them, real and true artists who write, produce, mix, master, market and record their own original material would never ever be heard at all. The music industry is an FN mess and a joke and I will be glad when they go under and stop paying and owning radio stations to play their garbage noise.
To everyone telling the uploader that they have already been on the cover of rolling stone, TURN ON YOUR SARCASM DETECTORS!!!
