One of the most enigmatic room in the entire game and series... Maybe one of that big capsule contain the Nemesis, who knows, RE 2 and RE 3 Nemesis are close in time of events... Mighty old days with Shinji Mikami and Masami Ueda, now it's all lost, the 4 and 5 are a big disgrace, they are not RE... The greatest survival-horror game of all times is dead... R.I.P. @mfain2 But In Resident Evil 3 , when Jill gets infected with that virus by Nemesis, Carlos had to get the vaccine. Then when she woke up, it said 'September 29', 1998, that's one day after Resident Evil 2. Not to mention, the first part of the game begins many hours before Resident Evil 2

Also Remember that after Jill woke up after being infected, it was past midnight so it was the next day after the outbreak. so when clair, leon, and sherry escaped the city, it was also the same day that Jill, and Carlos escaped the city

For those who aren't true RE fans/or maybe you're fans but havent unlocked the experiment room:

No this is not originally from Umbrella's chronicles! This plays in a room (The music's title says it for itself on what the room is). You'll find a Mac-11 there... exactly the same gun you find in the police station guns room. Later it was remixed in UB (it isn't wesker's theme like people think just because it only plays when u play with him. This is the theme on how it all started).

@Clavsicus I know its' not from Umbrella Chronicles, this game was made before it. But this token from there test game, Resident evil 1.5. Usually it would HAVE been better then this, But only 78% done.. They cancelled the project and thought about the story of Chris having a sister instead of using Elza Walker, a same style but only a sports bike rider, wears her suit, and usaully finds a vest.

@st3vi3DRt I just don't see the point really. Having a remake implies that the original was lacking in some department and RE2 wasn't. The reason they remade RE1 was because, let's face it, that game seriously does not stand the test of time compared to it's sequels. The remake improved all of the faults of the original with an added horror paint as well as a tie-in story which gave it a fresher feel. RE2 and RE3 on the other hand don't need this as they're already fantastic games.

@pokemaster123ism a Remake of RE2 won't add anything to the story, the raccoon city scenario has been done to death with RE3 and Outbreak etc, and personally l don't think new graphics will make the game any more more scary than it originally was (e.g door transitions, fixed camera angles etc)

RE2 and RE3 are still fantastic games and are still immersive to this day, theirs no reason to remake them.

@OniLordMiki well, i see a point in a something a call "enhanced re-release". Basically, reconstructing the originals on a new engine, with some game tweaks and newer game modes. Plus, higher resolution stuff and everything. (and RE1.5 as a bonus -_-) Basically, to preserve the originals and make a better version for newer series fans to try out. And make some money out of it, heh. But, i guess, it will be hard, if not harder, than creating a completely new game, so i doubt it will be made.

Capcom have actually said they aren't keen on remaking any other re games, remaking the first one was a hard enough task as it is! Back in my day when we played our ps1's, graphics weren't such a big issue and games had way better gameplay, pc players used to joke about the graphics because in those days pc's were superior.

@OscarAlexable When playing Scenario A for any character, go to the room with the computer and giant moth, where you enter 'GUEST' then go back up, go to the 3 way bridge with the blue and red lights, go to the blue one the youll see a door needed for a key card, go to the closed shutter open it and the there will be a tightly sealed door, next to it with be a finger print reader, put in your finger print and beat the game up until Scenario B, do the same exact thing, and it will be unlocked.

@r3miPL Plenty of other songs made it into RE2, including "Fight With Monster"(First Malformation of G), "Hungry Dogs"(Marshalling Yard Second Half), "Freeze To Death"(Umbrella Laboratory), and the danger/escape musics (used for Hunk's scenario).

This, both Marshalling Yard tracks (the second half was supposed to be the song for the factory yard in 1.5), one of the songs in the 4th Survivor (1.5 escape theme), and William's first transformation theme . In the first Scenerio, you go into the moth room at the lab and type "GUEST" into the computer. The go to the top floor of the lab and go through the shudders on the EAST wing of the lab, then enter your finger prints. Repeat in the 2nd scenerio and you get into this room.

you have to go into the blue light rail in the first senerio where there is a shutter, open it there is a machine put your finger print then on the second senerio, put your other finger print. open the door and wolla! this works ether way (leon,claire) or (claire,leon) ^_^
