I think that this trailer actually hints at the other 2 bosses.

The very first part, the crowd Seems to be Chanting "EDDIE, EDDIE!" For Eddie Van Halen.

The next part of the trailer plays "The Metal" And in the background you see a stage prop of a demon with fire behind it. Hinting at the Devil from Tenacious D, the movie. Then of course, there's slash.
