Yes the ScullMatix works well against some tidal, wind, even if they are strong a bit. As this system can be tuned very easily, it can be as efficient as a Yuloh or a Ro, or even a bit more efficient if you consider to build a special and optimised paddle for your boat.

In the other video looks very fast and much more efficient than a yuloh.
