the only problem is , somebody can just take it apart unless it has a hidden sensor so when a brick is disconnected the NXT sounds an alarm or something

or get the NXT cam and set it so its always recording so nobody can smash it or take it apart

im presuming your making this creation as realistic as possible right?

the only tip that comes to mind is making a good device to read the quarters, either using a light senor or a color sensor.
