In Germany some korean/chinaese movies (mostly Martial Arts) come out on DVD, as part of the Amasia-Collection (Stupid title, take "Amazing" and "Asia" and you get Amasia -.-). This Movie is in a 3-Movie-Box.
Maybe you can find the collection in other countrys too?!
