What a heartless and callous speech in the face of absolute calamity! For both humanitarian and political reasons, our national effort must be to get massive aid on the ground ASAP, not on preaching to the Generals about when to process their constitutional changes (which they have already deferred - certainly not because of Laura's "advice").
