Strength gains don't come instantly it takes planning and years and years of training. The real training starts once you don't make fast gains and you push through those plateaus.
Eating healthy is best too. No soda/fast food/candy/junk food.
Yeah it is. Im planning to post sample routines thst range from beginners to advanced every week or so. I personally still do these routines once in a while. But yeah these are sample routines that I have done. Reps/sets may change. You can add weight to these exercises too.
Not sure how good LHS are for your lumbar spine. The V -Ups and Supermans combined with plank work look really good for core. Pretty much recommended across the board from Bodybuilding (T-Muscle) to Gymnastic Coaches (Coach Sommers).
