I need fellow youtubers help. I want to get a MBRP 4 inch exhaust and a banks 4 inch power elbow. The elbow comes off the turbo where the MBRP would bolt up to, I want the elbow bacause instead of using the 3 to 4 inch down pipe from MBRP, I want a full 4 inch exhaust from the turbo back. In theory, less back pressure ect. please help people!!!

@mr73powerstroke i have yet to see a powerstroke in a race truck that actually does what its supposed to. the only good ones i have seen were all cummins or duramaxx. the last dyno event i went to, all the top trucks were dodge or gm. besides. v8s suck for pulling. an i6 of equal displacement gets more torque per stroke.
First of all.. you don't know how fast this truck is... it's a crappy video of the guy ragging on the motor.. 2nd of all... the 7.3 is about as useful as.... well, nothing.
nice sounding truck!!! why do you idiots have to argue on these kind of videos? It's just somebody wanting to show their truck! but anyway nice truck!
this is not an audio clip...this is a rev clip of that wonderful Cummins Diesel, despite the airplane engine. Keep the MBRP exhaust in that Cummins as loud as possible!!! The louder, the better
love the sound. fyi, reving a turbo as soon as you did and shutting it down right after it spools is what kills the turbos. lack of oil at startup, and immediatly shutting it off without letting fresh oil flow through turbo after it runs hard, or spools up, it consequently bakes the oil in the turbo. just let it idle for a bit at start up and shut off.
attention scarboroughhb22 and dodgerules78102. You two are fucking stupid. both of you are trying to stand up for something you obviously know nothing about. no automobile company makes their own diesel engine. duramax is isuzu and powerstroke is international and cummins is their own company. have a wonderful day retards
yo sawsie cummins is the only real diesel there bud its an inline ford and duramax are a bunch of crap all they did was take one of their old v blocks and made nothing special
hey sawsie22 the reason they shoot fire out the pipes is because ford fucked up and built a shitty truck once again. let me se you prove that ford is better. and all you can say is "buy a ford". pathetic
I dont think i've ever seen a diesel smoke blue unless its leaking oil. White is raw fuel that barely burning think cold start, black is just a crappy burn either from too much fuel or injector pattern.
three things dude 1 to close to the FUCKIN truck 2 thats a BITCHIN truck(shitty color) 3 get a MOTHER FUCKIN TRI POD. but the truck rox its yo camara skills that need to be helped(im 14 and i know this shit)
every aircraft in the world had to come out for your video didnt it!! No prob, the Cummins drowned out all that other sound then made it quiet at the end.
Nice warm up

I'm not one to tell someone there buisness but before you rev the hell out of it you might want to let it warm up.

hey if i get this in duals would it sound the same and what is the difference between the aluminized and the t409 stainless steel?
jestrab269 3 years ago
Yes you can, but I don't think it sounds as good. Stainless wont rust, but ive heard it will split easier than aluminum under heat.

1oo% correct that really is what they did thats pretty sad. dodge developed their diesel for 10 YEARS.

Where's the smoke at???
ZachM3992 4 years ago
Black smoke is unburned fuel. Very bad. Kudos to MBRP for helping to get rid of it.
solarcat1 4 years ago
Yes. Bad, no. Unless youre Al Gore.
cyclewhore 3 years ago
Wrong, blue is unburnt. A diedel that is cold, or has injectors that are hooped will smoke blue.
Black is the sign of a engine under load.
ufloetz 3 years ago
They are both unburnt. White is cold usually cold unburnt fuel. Black is too much fuel, that is not completely burnt.
saosurvive126 3 years ago
Yes I agree, smoke is always unburnt fuel, as well as other by-products.
lukesimmons101 2 years ago
white smoke is when oil is burning
Trex600Pilot 2 years ago
@Trex600Pilot um are you fucking retarded white smoke is just unburned fuel.
mr73powerstroke 1 year ago
@mr73powerstroke
black smoke is unburnt fuel.... white smoke is coolant or water in the combustion chamber.
TXcharger 1 year ago
You're wrong...
Blue, like in any other combustion engine, is burning oil.
White is raw/unburned fuel passing into the exhaust. Improper timing, faulty injectors, low compression.
Black is incomplete combustion of fuel. Commonly found in situation of over fueling, over loading, turbo lag.
saosurvive126 2 years ago
At -40 they will smoke blue until warmed up. Unburnt fuel.
