Pickup the nozzle before charging the line. If you don't the nozzle can slip under- neath another loop and when picked up, it can get tied in a knot. To alleviate that, simply stand in the center of the bundle with the nozzle in your hands, feel free to kick the kinks as it charges and you will speedup the process.
We run two bundles 100ft each with a smooth bore or each. Our highrises are about 170ft to the end so all we do is take off the tip of one smooth bore, it becomes a ball valve gate, and we drop and attatch the next bundle. Great system

grab the nozzle and pull it 5 ft off the bundle before charging
and kicking the bundle softly while charging will help a lot with the kinks
