  • tak cukup x payah beli lah~~

bukan maknenye leki cina nih racist or try to b rude..

tapi justa miss communication.. he can't speak malay well.

he actually wanted to say," x cukop, x payah bayar" .. thats why at thge end he kind a frust a little bit about the choc..

  • @cadwickcharles Malaysian tak tahu berbahasa malaysia = bukan Malaysian

  • I'm half-Malay, but I've grown up in America all my life so my Bahasa Malaysia is a bit rusty. Watching this video was interesting, because I realized that my Mandarin -- my major in college -- is much better than my BM. It's often difficult to reconcile my identity, especially when framed against the nature of racial politics.

But I'm happy that there are others like me, willing to go out into the world to understand others, rather than construct walls of ignorance around them.

  • its all about langguage understanding... the boy means no need to pay... but the boy doesnt spoke out the true meaning. becoz his broken malay... he might run out to stop the girl... at last becoz of his mother... i like tis video so much... Yasmin likes our hero... she wasnt standing on any races... her vision is so far... she jz hope every one on tis land "Malaysia" can live together... Yasmin... may ur vision came true....

  • extrem orient

    etrange

  • he looks like Song Joong Ki!!!

  • coklat~ warna nya brown~ dalamnya putih~ walao pun warna tak sama~ tapi mereka mix dengan perfect jugak~

  • ok.. tapi kenapa mesti cokelat???...

  • tak cukup tak yah beli la..!!~~~ aiya,,

  • tak kira bangsa, yg penting hati. kalau tak kenal mana nak tahu.

  • I'm sorry to break it and being so unthoughtful..

But the guy is really hot. Please don't bash me.

  • wow... so deep

  • Hmmm, maybe what he really meant was, if you do not have enough, you do not need to buy as I can give it to you for free?

  • Thought-provoking video.

Titles since the child's mother would't do much to explain. So her children to her deepening misunderstanding.

Can't sit down and learn tolerance, understand and accept. According to become many misunderstandings.

People of our country has such a big misunderstanding.

What a big crisis. If not handled properly. Consequences far greater than the Atomic bomb.

Not good with words, not good at communication.

tak payah beli really is no need to giving money meant.

  • LOL haha go to this site funny-ish.co.nr

  • I think nowadays, Malaysian should learn the meaning of these words... 'Respect' 'Bersatu-padu' including me..

  • that guy's kinda hawt

  • @maranji85 totally agree Haha

  • wah. good racial atmosphere here! i have read a comment below - from budacktecktonik - name something like that. i bet he's such a looser.. poor you . And i think he's not malaysian. because he seem afraid to speak in Malay.

  • Sharifah Amani is so cute in school girl look. And a nice tudung. Cute and innocent. <3(<3,<3)x3

How much I wish Sharifah can be my girlfriend. We have a date then we.....

School girl is always the best girl no matter from where. No wonder that naked guy doesn't want to leave.....

  • From this video you can see, it is always started from the parents. The teaching.. the people.. I didn't see any wrong with the malay girl and the guy in the video..

Lets imagine if the mother did not stop the conversation..... it might be different story .. like sepet :)

  • Good video! Thumbs up..I believe the story was talking about how an old conservative thinking can prevent a harmony between people nowadays :) Old people mindset and young people mindset are very different according to trend of years. Nowadays if we look amongst ourselves i don't think most of us agree with what our parents said about others.. Racial tension always start from somewhere. Who? When and Where?

  • i miss yasmin ahmad..this is great video..

  • my mum is quite racist, always tell me that 'chinese will take malaysia as their own country one day, need to be careful with them, one day will be like singapore, malay cant even survive there...bla..bla..'i wonder if its true, i ve got many chinese frens, we r cool, never think of them as what my mum labelled them, i wonder how they think of me, i wonder if their parents are just like my mum..."u hv to study hard because d govt wont help u, not like malays...bla..bla...' i wonder....i wonder

  • @magicalfantastikal sometimes we need to think as the elders think... somehow they know better than us... believe me.... when you are out of school... u will see the true world outside.. different atmosphere, diff view... and on that very time... u will see and u will whispering "monolog dalaman" inside u..i hope u know that coz im sure ur malay.. and u will said smthing like this "hmmm betul kata mak dan ayah aku"

  • that guy is quite cute. its kinda sad when he said 'tak cukup tak payah belilah!' But i love it. Both the video and the director. =)

  • dia nak cakap tak cukup tak perlu bayar, dia nak belanja... tapi masalah bahasa.... silap penyampaian ... dan penerimaan...

  • err u have the freedom to date any race, its up to u , dont write a book about it .

  • I am not really get the meaning brings by the chocolate. I guess chocolate is something sweet.

The people (Malay, Chinese, Indians and other races) are unable to share the sweet moments everytime. We have to pay for "something" (sacrifice a bit) in order to get a small piece of what we want. Actually we are so close to it (like 5 sen only) or else we are already successful (live in peace and unity, like tasting the sweetness in our life).

Rakyat Malaysia sudah lupa maksud "Bertolak ansur".

  • wah aeric80, that is one of best comments in here.

  • @RedPlumJam

Thanks, different people may have different intepretation. Yasmin Ahmad's videos really have deep meanings hidden inside. What do you think?

  • @Aeric80 but its kinda stereo type that chines wont event let go 5 cents. ether way im loving this short movie.

  • What I think the story brings the message is:

Last generation think that what they do is for their the sake of their children and future but they don't understand what the new generation want. The Chinese guy is born in this country, so he loves his home and insist to left (a patriotic guy I can say). He loves the life here including the people (the Malay girl is one of the people), no matter how the country treats him, or is he really a stupid guy? (Can see his act of putting sumthing on head)

  • i wish there is somebody who can think like Yasmin Ahmad.. to come out with more practical and effective touch commercials and films like she used to come out with.. RIP to Yasmin Ahmad..

  • lelaki cina tu orang same ade dalam iklan petronas deepavali 2008 ke? nampak hampir same je

  • I think the story was about.....

The boy family was leaving in a country were there born, growned up, study, friend, family were there...but there been treated differently because of some reason...(races, religion.....)

The new generation trying to fixed it but not as he aspect because of some reason...(politician, family.....)

  • they new generation liking each other regardless the religion and race.. but their good likings arent blessed and their clean mind are being twisted by the people before them..

govt talking about 1malaysia.. but in the same time still applying racial issues.. political.. economy and social..

its like they are taken a big step ahead but in the same time walking many steps backward.

  • well, in my op....

the situation was that the mother dislikes Malays....

but the son dun care much...

then came the girl.... which was what the guy approved or like...

then, the chocolates, was what the girl wanted... and the guy fell for her.. maybe in love....

but then, he shouted just for his mom's sake... brought the choco... of his "crush".. but then put it back after his mother yelled.... to show that, what was the girl's belonging.. wont want to be approved also..

    well, dats mine..:D

  • I understand the film....

Mother hates Malays. (indicated by the discussion at the beginning)

When the boy sees the girl he actually likes her, but the mother shouts to him as to why he's talking so long (and being nice) to the malay girl.

So he shouts at her to show the mum that he's not being kind/friendly to the Malay girl.

But after she left the shop, he leaves a chocolate for her...

That is my interpretation, you can have yours.

  • the chocolate is the place that the guy want to go

she got no money, so he say don buy

he got no money, so he don go?

  • lol everyone commentin about the skinny guy hahahhaha

  • i love this 1 the most,

    it s so real,

    the old-thinking of parents,

n how parents' thinking touch on a child,

    it is malysia,

    old-malaysia,

    we can change it.

  • THE GUY IS SMOKIN HOT

  • i dont get it....chocolate then what??

  • let's put all this discussion on the meaning of the film aside but did anyone notice tht the guy have 3 almost parallel scars on his left cheek (if i'm not wrong) like some cat's whiskers???

  • okay, The guy is really hot man.

  • I agree.

  • create 1 than , with a meaningful story if you can do as good as yasmin ahmad =) otherwise just shut your mouth and watch

  • I never knew that there were RM2 batteries. *excited*

I dont get the point of the film

  • blur. @@

  • what is the point of this... i dont get it... if yasmin ahmad can produce a mini clip like this... i think anybody else can create a better one

  • HAHA...u think u can create 1?!

i can't wait to heard your name to replace yasmin ahmad...

and 1 thing to tell you..

i think i am not de anybody that can create better one..i dun think others are too..

so dun talk cock over here...

  • otivaeey...i never knew genius like u still exist on earth...

  • soo for ones, let us all put our stereotypes n prejudices to the side and work towards one malaysia..no more yellow, orange or brown...let it be beige..

  • wats wrong wif u ppl laaa...there's no goverment nor racism in it...its just the shortest love story on earth n why is it short, because of our differences. We need guts to over come our differences...the boy never had the guts n if he had it, he would hav given the chocolate to the girl...the mum just keeps on reminding the boy that they r different....

  • the malay girl cant even afford to buy the chocolate.

orang selalu kata melayu selalu diutamakan. kelebihan selalu bagi dekat orang melayu. orang melayu beruntung dapat duduk dekat malaysia.

tapi melayu, chocolate 20sen pun tak mampu?

  • That girl still doesn't earn money, why can she afford? Well, if that's her dad, the mini chocolate is sub^2 water, logic?

  • lol . the " school girl " has only 2 ringgits and 15 cents . which she spend two ringgit on the battery . and she is short 5 sen to buy a chocolate . my point is . bukan masalah die tak mampu nk beli coklat 20 sen . mungkin ade 3ribu kt umah die . but she is short 5 cents . tapi chinese . tkkan 5 cents pon tak boleh nk tolak ansor ? u need that 5 cents when u die some day to buy ur coffin ?

  • @harez93 ahahhahahaha ko langsung x faham citer ni kan???

  • sbb kau bodo

  • i think this movie is talk about racist

mean gouverment is only giving chance for malay person who go to other better university..and when he saw the girl is malay..and he is angry..even he knw tat girl is beautiful.. mean if chinese girl buy also..he wont get the other 0.05 cents from here...i think most of them is like this lar..

  • but have u guys observe that...

at the end the malay girl take the battery o..

the battery RM2 rite, but the malay girt say she juz got Rm1.50 only..

coz she left Rm1.50 on the table o..

    can anyone explain~

  • The guy argues with his mum over an issue. A girl comes into the shop, didn't have enough money. *the end* I don't understand this.

  • i still dont get it....

  • Just reading the comments people are posting makes me sad. Come on guys, stop fighting amongst each other, instead of throwing insults at each other, can we focus at the issue at hand and have a proper civil discussion, and not act like cavemen?!

You guys say "Oh yeah? You think you can make Malaysia any better?!" Well you guys aren't helping by bickering like neanderthals. I don't have any bright ideas to contribute cos I admit I'm not that smart, but at least I'm not arguing pointlessly.

  • by the way budaktecktonik, you said University of Nottingham is where bitches study?

That was where Najib got his degree....

I believe you forgot that, government lover.

  • Thanks Mordion, great insight.

  • Great...

but i dont understand at all....

  • Oh, by the way, understand that this is my view, and mine alone. If I have offended anyone, perhaps with my usage of English? Or even insulted anyone, I swear, I did not do it on purpose. I only wish to express my opinions on what I perceive to be a very deep, very enlightening video. If I did cause any disharmony, I apologize to the parties offended.

That said, once again, have a good day.

  • ... The comments posted are rather... ah... 'entertaining'?

Personally, I think that the clip is simply to show to the viewer that all the races still harbour far too many misunderstandings. Since I can only see one point of view, that is the Chinese's, my opinion would be from the Chinese's POV.

The mother told her son to get out of the country, study abroad, because in Malaysia, he will never be able to succeed. Her concept is that you have to be Malay to be successful regardless. -cont.-

  • -cont.-

The son didn't want to, using the reason that his friends are here, meaning, he has a life here, and going there, it'll all be moot. Chinese are treated as a 'secondary' race in Malaysia, as well as in any other country.

Then we cut to the counter. The conversation between the guy and the girl goes to show that perhaps he understand the idea that not all Malays are as 'privileged' as the Chinese make them out to be. But because of his earlier 'healthy conversation' with his mother,

  • he vented out his unhappiness on the girl, possibly also with the concept of 'if it weren't because of your race, I wouldn't face this problem'. Then, when she looked hurt (or at least, that's what I think she looked, either hurt or scared, who wouldn't be, with a half naked male suddenly yelling at you) he decided to make it up to her, but was called back by his mother, and probably didn't want to be caught with one of the 'privileged race', especially not to give her a 'free' chocolate.

  • That said, (in my opinion) the moral of this short clip, is that, if we truly desire a united country, it is everyone's duty. It isn't just one person, one generation, one race, or even one political party. It's everybody. But we are all held back by our prejudice, by our familial obligations, by the 'kiasu/kiasi' mentality, by our fear of moving forward. Perhaps, if one out of every hundred person takes that one step away from the deeply rooted biasness, 1Malaysia may very be reality in

  • the years to come. But if no one dares or willingly takes that one step... well...

I believe our beloved commentors, naming no names, you know who you are, have shown us exactly how Malaysia is, and will continue to be, in the future, for many, many generations to come.

    Have a good day.

  • I didn't understand the part where the Chinese guy offered the bottle to the Malay girl. In fact, I didn't really understand the video either especially when it's titled "Chocolate". =\

  • i have to agree. neither did i.

  • Wow, this is a good video on racial differences between Malays and Chinese. It only concentrates on one issue, which is they way they communicate with each other. The girl is shy and the boy is brash, and yet it may not be the true character of these people. However, when they communicate, it creates a sentiment that soon becomes a generalization of the race.

  • i dun understand what this video talking about? can roughly explain 2 me ma? thx!!

  • well said levenisme, it's a bit saddening 2 see the posts on this youtube page between malaysian, it's like ur just laughing on yasmin ahmad's grave, she did this video to enlighten us, but who has really opened their eyes 2 see? i'm a chinese, i know lots of malays and indians who are very kind and helpful and i also know lots of chinese who will backstab u given the chance, there's no such thing as a bad race, it's only wat they make u believe... 1 Malaysia!

  • I think Yasmin is trying to illustrate the estrange racial relation in Malaysia. All races don't willing to give out the helping hands. Scholarship- malay hold it firmly; chocolate, even a 5 sen short de Chinese don't willing to help out.

n when i looking thru de comments, *sigh*.... Yasmin has gone and no one has yet cherishing her idea2 achieve an united M'sia.

  • what's happen 2 athuruntin? juz take out ur writing pad & start ur essays anywhere but not here..

  • YEAH.I AGREE WIT U.maybe before exam i can refer to his comment.haha

  • one last thing Hyper, can we go somewhere else to talk, he is getting very annoying.

  • hey....are saying you two will rent a room then have XXX...HAHA

  • hey bitch if you think you to 'BRAVE'....HIT ME BACK WITH A GOOD COMMENTY....NOT A LOUSY COMMENT....AND HAVE A NICE NIGHT WITH HYPERZ.HAHA.+_+

  • last words.... go and improve your English, otherwise, just use whatever you are good in. Unless of course if you are good at nothing at all...

  • really.....hahahahaha......this bitch asked me to improve my english.....haha..... is this a brave comment from a fucking retard guy....haha......its not funny.....you should learn more in making funny joke.....haha...WHORE.....

  • hahaha gay......what a fucking useless comment from a fucking useless retard

  • dont ever give up in writting good comment.haha.+_+

  • now i'm the bad guy for running away because the government refuses to accept me in the first place?

i just can't imagine how you actually like a country that hates you!!!

  • I'm not saying ur a bad guy, but if your are happy to be one i don't mind it either... :-), but if you continue being and idiot to fight with that meaningless guy then you will be considered a bad guy just like he is.

just giving you something to consider about. Malaysia, after all, will still be the place where you were born. Forget about the government, they are ass holes but I am talking about the country. Just BN aside and just think about the country. then you will see more than u know.

  • May i ask you something, and yes your English is pretty hard to understand too. I will assume it is an error.

Would you mind if I told you that you wasted a whole lot of time explaining things to me?

  • only dogs can understand your 'PERFECT' english..haha+_+

  • its you who wasted time here....better go study bitch before you get failed in your BRISHIT exam.haha.+_+

  • idiot, can you get lost seriously! you have cause more than enough problem on this earth already!

  • actually im defending you....actually i post this comment to the hyperz not you....

  • but yes i am calling you to get lost because you are not helping me... and causing more trouble for everyone.... so please if you would kindly disappear for awhile...

  • hey there bitch.....i dont care about what the fucking shit you said.....its my choice whether get lost from here.....you think people listen to your lousy comment....the reason why i still here is not to comment the video....is to reply comment of people that can easily say bad things about malaysia.......WHORE

  • you are not protecting the image of Malaysia you know. Spelling it with out the capital letter show you don't respect your country and with all ur "wonderful" words, you are telling other nations that we are not well educated people and behave like uncivilized people.

  • yo bitch.....you think writting comment on youtube like writiing an essay....even smart people use short form...dumb ass

  • There is no such thing as wasting time when you try to do something that is for the good of your country and community. Thus even if you don't understand what I am trying to express to you, it would not have been a waste of time.

But certainly asking budaktecktonik to stop talking is a waste of time. and i am not trying to make you happy but he is really starting to get on my nerves...

  • Why not look at it this way. Since you have fall victim to this system and is not good because it only offers to the first 2k person. if you could return and help develop this country to a more modern country, then the government can sponsor more people. maybe 3k and sooner or later everyone can get it? and then less people will fall victim to it. just like murder victim's family wants the murderer to be caught, you can help minimize those that fall victim to the system, wouldn't you agree?

  • HEY BITCH GO FUCK YOUR DOG.....

  • this video is about to set us(malaysian) unite...but still we are arguing about a silly things..juz look at the comments,,cmon guys,,,

  • (cont.)

Yasmin Ahmad is really a great film maker. It's hard to understand this video at first, but reading the comments, I realize how beautiful and profound the message is. I believe that with all this acknowledgment that Malaysia has certain problems, we will sooner or later be able to overcome it and truly become 1Malaysia. No need for slogans, just real application in everyday life. Then this video will just be a reminder of the past...

  • Thank you athuruntin for the meaningful comments.

I really hope this video will make people think about what they can do to help make Malaysia a better place..instead of causing more disputes and disharmony. We are the hope of the country. hyperz and budaktecktonik, please remember that. Learn from this video that prejudices too often prevent us from doing something we want to (in this case, the boy giving the chocolate to the malay girl).

  • and for you mr hyperz, Malaysia is a name of a country and should be respected no matter what, or would it be a grammar mistake which I doubt because you are from UK and you spell British and yet malaysia.

secondly, Malaysian must all learn to tolerate each other, no matter what, Malays are the native and they have the advantage of business and education and we must respect that as we Chinese and Indians were given citizenship without consideration as they receive their 'Hak Orang Melayu'

  • The British are more capable than our country, the this is still the piece of land you were born on, and thus it should be so that you come back.

Hope you're still reading and consider so things, as much as you will hate the country, you should still remember that this country is still your mother land, don't bother about the budak guy, he is just the bad side of our country, I am very sure the Malays, Chinese and Indians will one day live happily together, and the first step is for u to return

  • gr8 comment athuruntin..i wonder when will all mlaysian have the sme ideas as you...

  • i've been reading all the comments and all i can say is that we have a bloody long way to go for '1 malaysia' to be a success :(

  • totally agree with you muhdatif.

However, budaktecktonik, letting someone with a honors degree from the UK away isn't something Najib or someone wise would do. They would have try their best to keep him. and thanks to you, Malaysia have surely lost this boy to another country. he is at his fault but there was a possibility to get him back if you would have explain things nicely to him.

on the other hand, you scold him pig and you continue to quarrel with him, doesn't that make you the same?

  • Malaysia government isn't as rich as the British therefore, the British can afford to give a lot of scholarship unlike our government. Hyper does has a point that some of the scholarship goes to people who doesn't deserve it and he just can't understand the concept of our qouta system. and he is just another victim of the qouta system and someone people jsut can't accept that fact that our coutnry must up hold to that system.

  • if only someone wise like maybe Najib could explain clearly and remain claim while being bombard by him and yet continue to advice him, he could have return to Malaysia and would have contributed much to the nation unlike you who did nothing and encouraged him to go away. you should be ashame of yourself. We should be working together and not against each other.

  • how about taking marathon to know how bloody long is it.......+_+

  • it is really sad for Yasmin...

after all her effort to to this video, and here we see Malaysian scolding each other...

I hope you forgive them Yasmin, these people no matter what their ideology is, still don't get what you are trying to say.

  • if anyone of you can give me 10 reason to come back to help this country after I finish my studies from the UK with the help of my parents and the British government, then i will return.

But look at this, the British Government giving me scholarship, and the government in my country doesn't even let me in to their low class university! So there is no reason at all for me to service and government that rejected me since my birth!!!

  • there is no need to come back here...cause if you come back......you just make our country worsen tahn now.....people like you deserve in hell...

  • comeback to malaysia and sell 'BABI' with your beloved parents then supply the ' BABI' to british government...hahahahhaha....that is the most suitable work for you in malaysia..or you should be pimp selling woman here...lol

  • if you think british goverment is good enough to you.....just go suck their dick then they will give you a motherfucking job....hahahha

  • no need to be as miserable as you cause i'm already booked.

  • agree wt u budaktecktonik

  • thanks dude...

  • wow...are just saying that 'i had a nice BABI TODAY'...HAHAHAHA

  • HyperZ you forgot what i told you already?!?

stop wasting time on this country already man!!!

you've got a bright future else where. just earn enough and get your family out of that hell!

and get your butt back to your study's and stop wasting your time man! that company wants you only because of your first class degree idiot! not because you are good at screwing others!

  • sorry man! alright! i will get my ass off this topic and back to study.

luck for me that i have you or not i would have fail everything because of my country's useless education.

  • hope you fail dude...hahahahahaha......its ok you still can sell 'BABI' in malaysia loh...hahahahahaha.....

  • mal's gov r stupid... look at the piggish najid n her wife... killed 2 people already

  • oi kimak kalau tak suka duduk m'sia pegi mampus la terjun lombong...bangsat!

tak ada langsung semangat patriot tu...bodoh,babi,anjing!

  • why love a country when the country don't love you???

I was deny rights to study in UM or USM. i have 10As and 2Bs. my friends, failed his add maths and got full scholarship from JPA to study engineering. And my dad have to work till midnight to earn enough money for me to study engineering!

Why the fuck should i even think of helping a country that rejected me in the first place? so fuck off bitch,

  • Lu lah babi!!!!

  • nicely said, but i think is more than two!!! and the amount of money he stolen from tax payer!!!

  • i had found one that is more stupid than them....its you....FUCK...BITCH...

  • can you use British English to communicate and not Malaysia English.

I hardly understand what you are saying dude.

typical Malaysian English. and A1 here is a fail in British.

  • not true.

  • seriously dude, not a fail, maybe just a pass... but i get your point...

  • you now what.....are you using british english....or BRISHIT english.....dont think you study there you already good in your fucking bitch english.....although our submarine is not big enough compare to other developing country....but our submarine is more HIGH-TECH......because if you other countries submarine is built during 90s....IF YOU THINK YOU CAN BRING IMPROVEMENT IN MALAYSIA....WE DONT WAN A LEADER LIKE YOU.....PEOPLE LIKE YOU DESERVE TO LEAD WHORE....NOT US......DON THINK YOU TO SMART.

  • still very hard to understand... tons of spelling mistakes.... and by the way, how najib approved the nuclear reactor so that this country can self destruct.

I never planed to bring improvement to this country... i never ever thought of that.... don't insult me by saying i want to bring improvement to this country

  • yup it's the gov...the people becoming the guinea pig...of all the conspiracy...wth??!!

    will miss Yasmin's masterpiece...

  • i couldn't agree with the mom more. I am thankful that my family can actually afford to send me overseas and the reason that I will ever go back is not because I love malaysia but because I love my family.

  • i don't think all this things are about race, Chinese, Malay and India have no problem living together. The government is the biggest problem.

  • which meant the opposition leader...

  • no... BN.... they are the biggest problem in Malaysia. Just think about this, our diesel submarine, which is almost 10 times smaller than a nuclear submarine, cost about the same. Where is the logic? Corruption. Simple as that. BN is fulling corrupted.

  • no....the biggest problem now is people like you.....you think you to smart to say about politic....you see the opposition leader...tell what they had done to improve our country.....so far they just make people get more fed up and disappointed.....so i wanna ask you if we have a larger submarine....what did we get...popularity.....think smart dude....if you think there are alot of corruption out there....then what about the opposition leader.....far more worse...see no improvement....

  • They have done much more than BN did in 50 years. They shown us that we must fight and not also live under the useless ruling of a useless government...

    publicity?? what publicity? this?

"look that country above Singapore just bought a submarine! a diesel one... the one that took of German's U-9 submarine!!! Ya, U-9 from 1944 WWII remember?"

    that's a wonderful publicity....

you don't buy submarine for publicity idiot.

the guy we sent to space is publicity and waste money also!

  • wow...hahahha....is this a typical joke from a bitch who study in UK....or known well in malaysia as 'UJUNG KETIAK'...HAHAHAHA....can you explain briefly to me if we have a larger submarine compare to other countries......and when i see other countries submarine....and i can clearly see that they have a larger submarine.....BUT.....most of it were destroyed during patrol activity.....isnt that called improvement in technology....hahahahaha..+_+

  • so if that is so? how many helicopters has malaysian pilot crashed? jets? and yes we are still using British Cromwell from WWII also.

  • ...went overseas and chose to stat abroad and refuse to come back. If the government really treated all raceds equally and be fair to everybody, do you think this kind of thing would happen?

Most of the time is the people with high post saying all thess slogan and they themself failed to practise what they say..

Those days of our fore fathers, all races got along well without the need of any slogan, and now, what? with all the slogan but the people are still not united? isnt it alittle stupid?

  • the mom has her point there, other races hardly get to shine in malaysia if you really survey on it.. There are so many malaysians that were not well treated here in malaysia went overseas and shined so brightly. You get promoted depends on how well you perform in your careers, regardless of your background, your race or even your beliefs.

There is no need to argue over this issue, it is like an open secret to everybody in this country, isnt it? just look at the data of m'sian student who...

  • NEP : Class? root cause? maybe , maybe not..u judge it.

  • class and status and race is just an excuse.

  • it is meaningful

  • I think this short clips best describes the real issue is not race, but class and status. In politics, people are divided by class and status and not race, unfortunately, certain race falls in that low status while others are different. The chinese mom tells the kid about the privilege going overseas and that the land is entitled to the malays only, having prenotion that, bumi can AFFORD everything. But,the malay girl is just like him, poor, explained by her poor financial capacity to purchase...

  • ..(cotd),..to purchase 20cent worth of a small chocolate candy. He is rude at the beginning, maybe because mom has ingrained him to believe malays as the opposite. The latter shows his attitude changes after the girl walks away without holding a grudge nor shows pique. It shows each race has poor and rich, let be malays or chinese, its all about status and class. Rice chinese/malays don't help their low status people.Class, status and race lump together into one racial complexity.

  • ..(cotd).. Sadly, people always make it about race, but they don't understand the root issue is class/status. If people can actually understand this, they certainly will demand social progression and how to distribute equal opportunities to everyone to climb up the social ladder. That is why, people need to stop making it about race and actually point out the class and status issue here.

  • it is not about equal or not equal. In every country in the world, the best gets what they deserve to get.

But here, it seems other wise, the government rejects the best... and they go to Singapore, British, Australia.... the government in these country's immediately offer scholarship++ to get hold of these people...

    but our government rejects them.

  • usually people who been sponsored by their parents to study oversea get a bad result in their SPM.....hahahaha,,,are you one of those who get shit in SPM....

  • sorry to disappoint you but, I was the top student in my school. nothing to be proud of because it was a SMK after all.

And sorry to disappoint you again, that British University offers scholarship to anyone who gets a certain result and for malaysian 10As and above.

Unlike malaysia who claims to give to everyone who gets more than 9As but is purely bullshit. the system is still there to limit those that really deserve it.

    sad case.

  • anyone can say thet got straight A's......maybe this BITCH here think he is so brave but only can say about governmant badness in this comment side....if you think you are brave enough...how about telling your heart feeling to our PM....OR HIS WEBSITE.....THERE IS ALOT OF PEOPLE SUCH AS THIS BITCH......THIS TYPE OF WHORE THINK HE CAN GET ANYTHING......WHAT A BITCH.....AND WHAT CAN I SAY IS......COME BACK TO MALAYSIA AND SELL 'BABI' DUDE.......

  • your not the best and you didnt get what you deserve actually.....you know why other countries give you scholarship....because they have to lot of scholarship to give out....malaysia doesnt give you any because your not the best....your not the one dude.....because people such as you think you to smart and easy to get scholarship in malaysia....although you are not to smart....more to SMART ASS actually....hahahaha...lol...

  • oh really? there is this guy with JPA full scholarship studying Engineering.

and that piece of shit has 5As less than what I have. And fuck off if you want to say i don;t have co-curriculum marks cause i represent my state scouts team twice and represented in chess and many other things which are now useless. and for you stupid information, I am the head prefect in my school and got a 8.9 for co-co.

  • i not so understand wat it mean........
