I have owned it for 6 months - lost 10 lbs, 2 inches around my waist, and feel amazing. I actually bought a second, in case I wear out the first! The customization of workouts allows me to choose which workouts I can/cannot do. I had two knee replacements, so some excersizes are not comfortable. I am 40 years old, former hockey player, and have never felt so good.

Some people have kids and no babysitter and dont have the chance to go out and exercise daily, some people cannot afford monthly payment for a gym or even have the time to go to they gym. Some people do not have cars and do not feel like getting on busses everyday after a long days work to get to a gym. This is why people pay for items like this.

People, this game is broken. It was rushed to market and contains many bugs, especially the Kinect version. Go to their forum and you will see. The previous games were good, but it's a good idea to skip this one until they fixed it.
