I watched that whole show, when Bill went off on the heckler, and it was actually still a damn funny show. The drunk cunt had it coming. All of his shows I've seen were all brilliant and unlike all the other mediocre comedians that died around that time, Bill's fan base continues to grow to this day as if he's still alive. There's still huge tribute nights around the world for the anniversaries of his death. Just because he wasn't on fake mainstream media doesn't mean "he never went anywhere."

I dont think it was part of this particular documentary unless it was included on the bonus section. It's basically Louis CK describing an affective way of handling hecklers if you're a comedian. I'm a huge Bill Hicks fan, but I don't necessarily believe everything he says. But I respect his attitude, and for the same reason I like the Oliver Stone flick JFK, not because they're necessarily right, but because they buck the conventional wisdom.
