For it to be a dead play, the ref has to look up at the play clock, look down at the play, and if the ball isn't snapped yet, an the clock is at 0, that's a dead ball, not when the clock is at zero.

I don't understand how anyone can complain the delay of game no-call,

1. it's lag time so whatever, it happens on every snap for Peyton Manning.

2. making it a 51-yard field goal only would've tempted us even more to fake it and Gaant was wide open by 6.3 miles so we would've scored anyway.
