Euro Metal definatly has more good bands, but when US Metal is good, its damned good, i.e. Jag Panzer, Iced Earth, and Symphony X, all Exellent bands, who blow MOST Euro metal bands outa the water, not all mind you just most.

Correction: They may blow away all of the Euro flower metal. But There are just so many more above par Euro metal bands than there are US metal bands right now. My mp3 player is currently filled with about 10% US metal and about 90% Euro metal.
