i actually liked the story and stuffs, especially the opening scene. it has the 80's horror movie feel to it. i thought it was pretty good! btw i saw you promoting your film at imdb's PA3 lol
@deathzcruzer I noticed that too. Not bad though. Ive tried to do a film put in several parts, but I could never find a good camera that wont screw up the quality of the image or the sound.
@spidey1228 We don't get marked on the acting. Our teacher told us a date for us to hold auditions up which we did (and we held two) and no one turned up. We asked our teacher why she thought it was and it was apparently because most courses were finishing and everyone would be busy as it was getting to the end of the term and we were like "oh, thanks for letting us know".
I did tell her that we should have done it weeks before. But in the end we had to sadly cast ourselves, sorry for the acting
This is a great movie, it has great movie skills, background music/effects and its almost make it look like the real deal! Acting too was great, weldone guys, keep it up!
I was super impressed by so many things: the cool time lapse clips of the mall as the opening credits were appearing; the eery or appropriate music selections; the intense close-ups; and the natural acting. It was a very mysterious and psychologically thrilling short film. Very well done!
Excellent craftsmanship! A joy to watch. The beginnning was particularly strong. The acting was superb. Very interesting storyline leading to a number of possibilities. With you and your team's talent I'd start soliciting funds for a feature!
Good job Rowan. I'm not sure about the revelation at the end, or little bits of the script, but I like The Omen-esque music (and inclusion of Inception), and it was pretty gripping
