@sallyrocks422 Other than my cock, what's your mom's ride? Does she know you do that to her car? Maybe one day you'll save enough to buy your own POS. ;)
@sallyrocks422 BTW, genius, the term is e-BRAKE, not break. These are call heterographs. Look them up. If you are going to talk shit on the intarweb, take the time to use proper punctuation and grammar. Once again, the failure of our government schools is illustrated by another uneducated malcontent probably still mooching off of mommy and daddy so he can get a ride to the mall.
@looftie lmfao i forgot, when talking shit ur supposed to use proper grammer and spelling... like that matters do anyone other than ur douche ass... sry i talked shit about ur fag b/f's gay car... hahahahahaha
@1999lev I did just that many times with the same results. In fact, I've done it unintentionally a time or two at the track. Nothing quite like running a 15.0 @ 108 because of a 3+ second 60' time. :)
wtf do u have in that thing i just got a 91 4cylinder that im workin on anysugestions on what i should put underthe hood im poor soo make it cheap lol
If you don't have a lot of money, try to find a factory turbo car at the junk yard and swap everything (engine/trans/wiring harness). Don't mess with the cast pistons and non-forged bottom-end of a non-turbo car or you'll be driving a time-bomb.
Yes, you did. The stocker is a plastic unit that won't reliably hold more than 15psig. When I installed a front mount intercooler, I replaced the stock bypass valve with a TurboXS BOV. It is loud on an obnoxious level but I thought funny for a grandma car like a Dodge Spirit.
My best time was a 13.3 at 110. That was on 20psi boost with summer tires (BFG gForce) aired to 35psi. I never tried slicks or playing with the tire pressure. I liked to run it at the track just as I did on the street... spare tire, jack and all. Most of my passes were in the 13.5-13.6 range but I had one pass that was a 15.0 @ 108 with a stellar 3.0 60' time. :) The first 100 feet is the hardest. After that, it's just banging 3 more gears around 6500 rpm.
I should add that there is a guy with an identical setup (Wallace White of Salina, KS) that has run 11.68 @ 120. He had a fresh motor and was pushing the exact same turbo to 30+ psi.
Yup. It is a Turbonetics T3/T4 hybrid with a 50-trim compressor, a 0.63 AR turbine and internal wastegate. It has regular journal bearings but the sucker spools great for a daily driver.
That burnout was with 18psig boost, basically as much as I felt comfortable with on pump gas. A 2.2L with a fresh bottom end should do the same with about 14lbs or so. Had I a better than a stock pressure plate, I would have nailed that last burnout I attempted in 3rd gear. :)

I think its cool. Always like the R/T, and Chrysler turbos are so easy to bump up bhp. Esp with a Garrett or even a Mitsu unit
