    see ya

  • hi..im very confused...the video says" the boomerang is playing the backing chords while i play lead" did you pre record them..cause i only saw you record like four seconds or so....am i missing something...i did not see you record all of those backing chords...thanks .

  • @ajsenn

    Hi,

Yes, I recorded them in Part 2

Did you look at Part 1 and Part2

    This video is Part 3

  • @MelodyAndMadness

If your amp has an effects loop, by putting the Boomerang in there, you could record a clean rhythm, kick on your distorted channel, and then play distorted over top of it (since the distortion comes from your pre-amp, which is before your effects loop). It's the same thing as putting any distortion pedal before the Boomerang. Or any other pedal, for that matter.

    Thanks, appreciate the comments

  • So if I was to record a loop with this pedal on my clean channel, and then switched my amp to distortion, would the loop still play in clean?

  • @MelodyAndMadness

If you recorded a clean loop and then played the clean tone through the amps distortion channel, it would be distorted.

The sound I am recording in this video is not the amp tone, it's the naked guitar tone.

The boomerang is playing back the dry guitar signal into the amp.

  • Nice videos! Thanks for sharing your knowledge on the Looper.

I have done four different parts before.
