if you want to get rid of that ugly folder loading screen inside the folder look on the right bottom corner a small circle icon ( i ) where u can customise the folder background transparent or if you want to keep it same as your background then turn ON the "Use Background.png. hope it helps. salam

By using a cydia app called iBlank. it lets u make invisible icons to move around. But plz hewad, how do u get the apps in catagories/folders? what apps is that cause catagories app sucks.
