my (great) grandma has cancer, she's gone through radiation treatments twice now, the cancer is back, and this time it can't be treated. She's been given 6 months to live. i'm not sure she's gonna make it through christmas (no one else is sure either)

I listened to this song last summer as I was going through a rather tough round of chemotherapy. It's a good reminder that no matter what the circumstances look like God is bigger and you just need to keep turning to Him in those times. I stand upon Joshua 1:9 every single day now. The Newsboys are so far above the standard of boring Christian bands like Third Day that it boggles the mind. I usually prefer hymns for their inspiring lyrics, but these guys rock! The CD "Shine" really proved that praise can be exciting.

my (great) grandma has cancer, she's gone through radiation treatments twice now, the cancer is back, and this time it can't be treated. She's been given 6 months to live. i'm not sure she's gonna make it through christmas (no one else is sure either)
i don't know what my mom will do without her, i know my mom is really stressed right now, and my dad is in a foreign country for work at the moment, i feel like i need to be strong for my mom and my little brother and sister.
