Of course, the original meaning was 'horney' but now young people use it for 'cool' or 'super'. Usually it isn't something bad at all, beause if you really want to say 'horney' you wouldn't use this word. Maybe in movies for adults, but not if you want to talk about sexuality seriously.

Yeah it would be a lot more clear to you if you watched the episodes. but in this particular scene it's not just one persons blood. It was many, and nobody was actually killed in that room. The blood of the victims was collected and poured in there over time.
