The video was already cute enough, then you pushed the other kitty into the camera shot and my exploded from the cuteness overload! Hope both kitties are safe and healthy in their new homes.
I showed this to my friend who is going through vet school, he says it is most likely CH. He said as long as it's not a bad case the kitten can live a happy life.
one thing is you shouldn't stick him up on a dashboard and then call him, its obvious he doesn't know that hes going to try and come to you and then fall off.

Hi, no we never found out what was wrong with it. It was such a sweetie and we found her a very good home shortly after I made this video. The couple who got the kitten just fell in love with it when they saw her.
@Akalliecat I recently saw a video online of a very similar cat, both as a kitten and adult. The eyes were the same and everything. The vet told the owners that the cat had been deprived of oxygen in the birth canal and was, therefore, "retarded" but it is living a long and happy, loving life. I don't know if this is the same thing here or not.
@issyvoo2 That might be what happened to this poor kitten. I am happy to hear that the other kitten did live a long and happy life though, that is great!
There is definitely something wrong with it. They're supposed to be the same age. The other one is fine. The smaller one walks in circles, wobbles its head, and the eyes look sickly. The way it's moving is not normal, even for that age. They're both still adorable though!

I would bet the kitten suffers from CH. It has all the signs of CH.
