  • I'm not agreeing with whats in the video as my background is rope access and not windows, they are doing what they do, I just dont like how everyone comes on here just to bitch and moan at what they see....until you put up a video of yourself doing work at heights I think the comments need to be less severe.

  • it must be a high paying job man, esp. here in Dubai cleaning the windows of Burj Khalifa a 162 storey man just clean safe and take care you all guys...

  • nice video.... too bad those ropes are getting destroyed by that acid "Crystal Clear 550". Anything corrosive will destroy the integrity of the ropes ***be ultra careful here guys. A great product but not meant for use by ropes even the manufacture will tell you this.

Next job you go on make sure those ropes are trashed or your employee may end up dead.

  • Thanks for the advice. We are very concerned about our safety and change out ropes regularly. We also inspect them before and after each use, even on routine cleanings.

  • cool! I lov3 your buffing!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Don't pros use helmets?

  • Maybe. I don't know any who do though.

  • good job apart from the figure 8 its ilegal to work of.bio clean is safer and chemical free.and yes you can buff out stains.i have vids for fun check em out

  • Yes, a single figure 8 is for rock climbing or spelunking. We use a double figure 8 such as the kind sold at Racenstein or Colker which is designed for our type of work. We use several kinds of controlled descent devices including a rack. We are always interested in chemical free cleaners and can do buffing. Usually don't do buffing on a large scale. Thanks for the comment.

  • Man against the mountain!

  • good music! i was moved.

  • Acid washing.... Ya, thats a modern technique... haha

  • Yup, the latest and greatest stuff on the market, old is still new. You use what works.

  • Nice way to deflect. Ever heard of buffing?

    Amateurs...

  • Oh yeah we've heard of buffing but we don't get paid by the hour.

  • Buffing......That's Stupid !

  • Rosie,it's obvious yoos don't know what your looking at,and what it entails to do such a massive job.Buffing is for scratch removal not windows that are marred from etching on such a large scale.Leave this stuff to the pros and or educate yourself on the process of such technical work.First you have to know how to get to the glass, then how to clean glass...then the real work begins in restoring the glass.ROSIE get educated! To do this kind of work you have to know yoos stuff right Boyce? Right!

  • Clear as..... glass. Thanks

  • You guys are phenomenal, I saw that building before!!! Wow!!!

  • I see...thats still alot of windex...LOL

  • was that the most glass you've ever done at once?

  • No, but it's about average. This was one wall of the building. Most of our work is in sections.
